fast food and processed....shoot for wide range of fruit, vegies, chicken, beef, lamb, fish (2x week certain varieties should be avoided), milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, low fat string cheese or mozerrella....just no moldy or unpasturized soft varieties like blue cheese or goat cheese.
