m 40 weeks and 1 day and last week I deep cleaned my kitchen. I just had a window open and a fan running in there.

I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I work in a paint department. I mix colors and clean up paint pretty much. Since I've worked there we have always used glass cleaner to clean the paint off the desk and our hands. I didnt know this until today but the cleaner we use has ammonia in it. I've been using it every day for a few months to get the paint off of my hands. Could it have hurt my baby?

I've got some unconfirmed alcoholic liver disease but I've noticed you guys in the hep-c forum really seem to know your stuff. I'm currently half way through a slow alcohol detox (weaning down/one month) and have developed a funny transient smell in my nose that also comes out in upper body sweat (not underarm/groin). What also was occurring in this episode was this cat felt she had no area of her own-make sure your cat has her own "territory" w/ her own climbing toys, window look-outs, etc, and adequate litter pans-esp in the offending area.

I used rubbing alcohol mixed with a bit of water for anything use including a matress and a swing. I then got a super nice matress pad.

I found at Walgreens they sell some cleaner called Holy Cow. It's supposed to be organic and free of alcohol, ammonia, vinegar and VOC (whatever that is?) I am trying their glass cleaner and it works pretty well. I agree with mom888 about certain chemicals. I think in our family some of the fregrances aggravate some of us, either the smell, or causes headaches. Personally I'm not a fan of bleach.... Well for the last few years I have been working shift work and sleep during the day while the Window cleaner cleans my bedroom window and anyhow, most of the year I keep my bedroom window open at night and sometimes don’t shut the curtains and even when I do, the curtains don’t close properly next to where I lay my head so the window is directly open about an inch above my head. I don't use a window screen or anything like that and my bedroom window is directly open to the outside.

You can use pretty much anything to clean your house, even ammonia.

In pretty sure as long as you don't huff the cleaner its okay.

Rubbing Alcohol Is way too strong for ears. It actually will burn the tissue and begin a peeling effect much like a sunburn. Thus, leaving the ears wide open for infection to set in. There are many ear cleaners available, but I prefer the more natural ones with NO alcohol in them. Your Vet should be able to suggest a good ear cleaner for your dog.
