Avatar n tn Hello - I found this page because I was searching for a possible reason as to why I am having many of the same symptoms that everyone else is having - swelling ankles and feet (sometimes with twinging/tingling pain). I will preface this by saying that I DO have high blood pressure, but am on medication for it (part of that being a type of water pill). The swelling comes and goes, but as I live in TX, I've noticed that the heat makes it worse.
Avatar n tn of Metoprolol twice a day and 5 mg. of Amlodipine Vesylata twice a day. My blood pressure has consistently been very high at night, rather high in the morning, and low in the middle of the day which I understand is not normal. Avatar f tn My poor father in law too Coumadin for Afib, and was always loaded with bruises on his arms and legs, just from bumping into something. Now Xarelo has its own little set of problems. There is no antidote for it. So if too much is in the blood, vitamin K will not lower it like with Coumadin. The only "antidote" is fresh plasma. This could be a problem for emergency surgery. Given time, the body will eventually clear itself of Xarelto.

82861 tn?1333457511 His elbow joint still looks swollen but it has softened up some and is smaller. As for the kidneys we wont know for sure until we do more blood work, but he doesn't drink so much water now and that is a good sign. I add blood root to Bears tea because he has cancer. You would only have to give your dog the tea. You can find it at click on the left on all products clinically tested then click on cancer on the left then scroll down to ojibwa tea.
