thanks for you response. I didn't really feel anything but then again I'm not sure. I did fill it again and started yesterday. I guess I always thought I was taking too much meds. I have 2 dif meds for diabetes and I also take ambien at night to sleep. I have a hard time sleeping through. I just thought if I eliminated one med it would be that much less. I think I was wrong because I was in tears yesterday and at the store while I was in line picking up the celexa.

I take them both and i sleep like a baby...one that sleeps thru the night. I used to be on just ambien and the side effects were crazy and funny...like when the carpet started bubbling it was time to go to bed...lol...but if we i dont take them i wont sleep at all...so its either small side effects or cranky crazy person...ill take bubbling carpet anyday!

the white Zoldepam is 10 mg the ones that you were taking before were probably 5 mg i take the 10 mg and have for about 3 years i have had no side effects are you sure it is the ambien and not some other med i have had 1 perso tell me that they thought it was the ambien that made them sleep walk one night, but i do not know you mught look up side effects for ambien luck jo

I've been on armour about a week and half for my hypo and have just recently started to feel some side effects. I was never at 20 mg a night. I think I titrated from 10 mg to 5mg, stayed on the 5 for a while then as tolerance grew, went to 2 1/2 multiple times. I do manage dreams, but usually in the 5:00 to 7:00 AM part of sleep, suggesting this is REM. The best way to titrate to a lower dose is by dropping 2 1/2 mg and staying there for 3-5 days, then again. My next move is going to be to 100mg trazadone and 5mg sub lingual melatonin. I ordered the melatonin on line and am waiting to receive it.
