Try having ur partner rub ur back with epsom salt it took pain out of my foot lol so it should work on any part of ur body im just trying to give ideas

i have taken ambien for 7 years now and now iam up to 6/7 10 mg a night every night . The last 2 months I have had stomach pain and into the right side of my back as well as direaha and food is uuuuggghh. Is thier any links between ambien and stomach pain???

yeah I know it but I want it NOW. lol We've already been through so much, just hate to do it all over again. I really don't think was that big a deal getting off the ambien using the amitriptyline 25mg though. Really don't remember. I wasn't that long ago. I didn't start the hydrocodone or ambien back up until August when I had my post implants. Hope it's not that bad. .

My back hurts and is putting me in so much pain but I don't have money to go to the doctors. I need Vicodin or some percocets but I cant afford that all I have is ambien, xanax and weed. How can I get rid of this pain?

im think about asking him for ultram(tramadol) for the back pain. is anybody familiar with this med for pain? he is giving me ambien 10mg for sleep. i don want to get addicted to anything.

I need help. I am trying to get pregnant and suffering a lot with serious endometriosis pain. I have been opiate free for over 2 years with the exception of a knee surgery and a short stint (4 days) with pelvic pain that could not be helped. But I have been on Oxazepam 30 mg for 6 years (for sleep) I want off of it as I am afraid of what it will do to the fetus should I (hopefully conceive) My family Doc is gone. I have to wait a month to see a specialist.

should i fill it or let it be? I have horrible pms and will need something for it when it hits! Is ambien alright to take to sleep also?

It is super hard, when things have been going so great. I really think my side pain is ambien. I have had ultra sounds and blood work and everything looked good. Since being off it has been better. My back aches today, but I am sure it is all part and parcel to w/d. Just want to feel good again. Thanks for being there.

I could tell early on that being on the Ambien was stressing you to the max. Now you have some pain relief and are off the Ambien....YOU GO GIRL!!!! Hope you'll give the Amitriptyline some time....your body is still healing from going off the hydro and now the ambien. When and if you decide to go off the Ami....be sure to wean off and talk to your dr. about a correct taper plan. That is a med I went on at 9 mos clean....and though I am not on it any longer....

Good for you Coolio !! You are doing the right thing. If you kept taking the Ambian, you would always need some prescription medication to sleep. You and Toxic are great examples for this forum. Sooner or later, everyone will sleep after pain med. addiction, without taking hypnotic sedatives or benzos.

Norco for back pain that I thought was making sleep worse. Xanex was just to sleep.Now both not working well. Started ambien 2 nights ago. Just feel really weird dont know how much is to lack of sleep or ambien.

Im also on 30 mgs of oxy for pain, that I want to get off of, but first things first. How log will the mental pain and tremors take to feel almost my normal self again, where I can smile and enjoy life? I cant take this anymore...

My doctor is a big jerk, never having answers to my quuestions, and doesnt know how to deal with me with all my other pain problems. Ive been going to other pain doctors and they help with the pain,( without opiates) but nobody knows how to deal with no sleep. Im at my wits end. All I want to know is,... how long without any help from Lunesta/Ambien, will it take for a full nights sleep to finally come?

I had a nasty wakeup call last week when I took 2 doses in 2 hours to try and control back pain, then took ambien (it was bedtime and I always have had insomnia since I was a young teen). Total was 4 soma, 4norco and 20-30mg of ambien plain (cant remember if it was 2 or 3..) Up til about 15min after I took the ambien I remember everything fine. Then apparently I stopped breathing and passed out according to my mother.

By now, I'm hoping you've conquered getting the Ambien monkey off of your back. I am on day 5 of Ambien withdrawl. The first 72 hours were pretty bad: zero sleep, sweats, severe stomach pain, headache, neckache and backache, diarrhea, nausea. I cold-turkeyed it as I wanted off Ambien ASAP. Was up to nearly 20 mgs a night every night for sleep for two months.

Once I got past Hydro WD I decided to drop back down to 7.5MG of Ambien, contemplating quitting it. I quickly went into full Ambien withdrawal, with very little sleep. It was a total nightmare.

I was having lots of memory loss and neck and back pain while on the Ambien. I quit (2) days ago and i feel alot better. Can't sleep so good yet ( rebound ). Hope this wont last long.

I got off of pain meds back in april 09 and couldnt sleep so I went to the doctor and got ambien. I take a 10 mg pill every night. After reading some posts I am wondering if the ambien is making me tired and more depressed during the day. I need to go see a therapist as i stopped my aftercare too soon and didnt have the right fit of a therapist. I am going to taper the ambien down to 5 mgs a night for a week or 2 and then maybe 5 mg every other night for a week or so.

Hopefully it will help with the back pains I have been waking up with too. I am sure the back aches have to do with the gallbladder removal.
