Most of my physical symptoms have gone except the
RLS and insomnia. I,m lucky if i get an hour or so in the morning after being wired
and restless all night. Can anyone advise how to help this or do i just have to deal with it. Also i,m back to work tomorrow, i,m looking forward to going back but i,m worried i may have an anxiety attack because my nerves are still a bit raw and i,m jumpy from lack of sleep.
