10219953 tn?1426171839 Why is it that science and medicine research so much on synthetic chemicals and such yet all these natural items: primerose, cinnamon, aloe era,cumin,etc.... That many of us read on pregnancy website for induction for example haven't been researched the heck out of them? There's so many natural item that by now and how technology is and our advanced medicine that we don't know all about them.
136956 tn?1425606272 I came across the Juneau Bio-sciences website that was conducting research study for endometriosis. All that is needed is swab samples and optional background into your heritage. You first need to send a copy of your surgery report confirming endometriosis and what was done then they send you the package. I was interested in doing this because I have suffered for so long and I dont want others including my daughter to ever suffer like this.
572651 tn?1530999357 This site is not exclusive to one particular disease such as MS - so if you have friends or family who would also like to help with scientific research they could sign up, too. There are more details on their website. The website is https://www.researchmatch.
Avatar m tn Hey blondie325. Welcome to the forum. There's a 3% allergic type of reactivity with "medical" titanium. See if a Doctor or Practitioner trained in "N.A.E.T." or "Allergy Antidotes" (they use Energy Medicine for Holistic Allergy Elimination very successfully) can help you clear this, so you can avoid further complications, unnecessary suffering and "heartache". Just do a search for this.
Avatar f tn I was eating a sandwich using a new roll from Walmart when about 15 minutes after ingestion my lips, mouth, and tongue started to tingle and itch intensely. They my throat started to itch, both inside and outside. I'm fairly certain this is a food allergy, but they only ingredient I've seen that strikes me as unusual in these rolls is Fava Bean flour.

Avatar n tn t understand -- neither of these is the best allergy remedy. Natural allergy remedies are pretty much anithistamines just as medication is, and pretty much most allergy meds were modeled after natural remedies but made stronger. Butturbur is toxic in large quantities. What these two remedies are most used for are migraines. It's possible you were having a vascular problem, which causes migraine headaches. But they also can have side effects if you take too much of them.
Avatar f tn the baby centre website is also really good, very imformative.
Avatar f tn So, I’ve been doing some more research, I was looking into bad breath as it seems to be a common denominator among us. I had bad breath growing up however since after high school it went away. I also did have a lot of work done to my teeth such as braces, extractions etc. (maybe that helped). Anyways, I remember reading a post about a woman who said a smell came from her until she had deep cleaning with her teeth and it went away for awhile.
Avatar n tn Clearly, I am ignorant when it comes to using this website. I was googling something - it brought me to this website and forum and I have never used med help before. I support all women battling cancer and fighting for their lives. Please accept my apology and know that I really am truly sorry. Good Luck to all of you!
Avatar n tn If you are not applying a substance to your skin before entering sunlight, you may have a minor form of photosensitivity (sun allergy). Check out this website address for more information on photosensitivity. Spencer G.
168348 tn?1379357075 A member at the meeting last night mentioned a great website for allergy medical alert bracelets that started with the word "alligator" or something like that? Does anybody know the name of the website? I wanted to take a look at it and post it as a reference link in our Health Pages for future reference info.
Avatar m tn I also recently suffered from the same problem. From whatever research i have done it seems to be caused by ALLERGIC REACTION.
1122824 tn?1274107014 I find this website to be particularly informative. You can read research summaries and they also have very direct, simple PDFs explaining Chairi, which I've found useful in explaining my condition to relatives, massage therapists, etc. http://www.conquerchiari.
Avatar f tn Folliculitis.
Avatar n tn I found this out when I did some research on non-toxic flea removal when I had issues with them after the first heat wave last year. My cat and I never had any issues in our previous apartment, so I knew it wasn't something we brought with us. I remembered that the previous tenant kept talking about some biting insects, but it was hard to get any sense out of the previous tenant because English was her second lanuage.
Avatar f tn I second that an allergy is when your body sees a specific allergen like gluten, casein, egg proteins, pollen, animals, etc and attacks it. When someone uses an antihistamine, the drug tries to stop the process that causes the symptoms- like itchy eyes and sneezing for pollen. It doesn't stop them from being allergic to pollen though. These drugs are meant for people who are only slightly intolerant to things. I'm lactose intolerant.
209987 tn?1451935465 My two yr old son had a blood allergy test done about a year ago...didn't show anything, but pediatrician said that most times the blood ones don't show much unless specifically searched for. My question is...he loves peanut butter...he eats it and never seems to get sick from it, except that he gets a pimply rash on his face where the peanut butter has touched him...could this be an allergy? Is his face possibly just sensitive to the oils?
