I have a total cholesterol of 110, LDL 65, HDL 33 and Trilycerides 86. I workout every day burning about 800
calories, eat high fiber food full of vegetables, fruits, soy milk, fiber 1 cereals, nuts, whole grain, apple and milk. I'm a vegetaian and never used alcohol or tobacco products. In the last 4 months, I have lost 28 lbs and my current weight is 154 lbs with height 5 feet and 8 inches. What am I doing wrong and why my HDL is so low?
