This response to your question will have two parts. the first part is my advice to stay off of the internet. The reports of persons not developing antibodies to HIV over a prolonged period are an internet fueled myth with little or no current basis in fact. The published reports are old and represent the results of efforts to diagnose and understand HIV using methods which are no longer used because newer methods are better.
The vaccine is recommended for younger women because younger women have a better response to the vaccine (higher levels of antibodies to HPV) and because in most nations, most persons acquire HPV before they are in their mid 20's. That does not mean that the vaccine will not benefit your wife. It is fine for her to be vaccinated and the vaccine will likely benefit her.
You are clearly more concerned about the single rather low risk exposure that you described.
if you are newly infected with HIV...you should know that! AIDS is later in the stage of infection when an HIV+ person becomes susceptible to opportunistic infections, and whose lab work indicates that they have progressed to "AIDS" classification.
There is a correlation between the Lymes reactions and HIV...but I am unversed in all that...hence why it is a good idea to f/u with an ID doctor. This is why WB's are done....to rule out...or confirm infection.
But my question is, as 7 months had passed so does it happen that my body builded antibodies in time but by the seven months it disappeared. Or i have turned to aids directly? I tested at 7months, 1 year, 2 year after that incident, always with ELISA and result was always negative. Please help me, i am so stressed, living each day in depression...
Suppose someone who does NOT have the HIV virus at all, is having today a vaccine (e.g flu shot) and the antibodies developed by this vaccine are known to be cross reactive with the HIV antibody test. Will he always get false positives in the ELISA/rapid HIV tests or will the cross-reactive vaccine antibodies go away with time and hence after 6 months (or so) this person can continue using the standard screen HIV tests and get –ve results as normally?

its been 15 weeks since my exposure and I tested negative at 13 weeks mark for the hbsag then one week later I got the first dose of the hep b vaccination
do u think I did the right thing ??

am planing to get tested at 17 weeks mark for hbsag and the antihbv . so if my result came back positive for the antibodies and negative for the antigen would u consider me free from hbv ??

So once you have hiv, you'll have hiv antibodies present for the rest of your life? or do some people stop making antibodies if they develop an advanced form of aids?
Why does the hiv test is for antibodies and not for the virus??? what if you dont have any Antibodies if a person is close to his/her death, are there any cases where the antibodies where not found and the person dies from the disease i.e AIDS thank you.
Do people with hiv show hiv antibodies for the rest of there life, even in the terminal stage of aids? And is it possible that someone could catch the hiv virus and in 3 years develop aids in an advanced stage if that person where unaware that they where hiv possitive and where not receiving treatment for hiv? Or does anyone with hiv always test positive for hiv antibodies even if they had developed an advanced stage of aids?
At all 3 visits, HIV RNA was undetectable using both the ultrasensitive Roche viral load assay and the APTIMA HIV RNA qualitative assay, which is cleared by the FDA for diagnosis of HIV infection. No ARV drugs were detected in the samples, indicating that the participant was most likely an elite controller who may have been unaware of his HIV status.
But my question is... Would there still be HIV antibodies (antibodies that the blood test will pick up) in the body after 5 years of exposure ?? (assuming u were HIV positive).
