Then i remembered that i had i wound under my nail due to some work, my nail was detached from finger flesh it was three days old and about 3 mm x 2 mm in size under the nail. my concerns are as under.

I work in Uganda, and around 4 weeks ago I had sex with a local lady in Kampala. The sex was protected and at no time was my penis inside her without a condom. This may seem possibly a little niave hence the title. We may have kissed briefly, and I also fingered her, she gave me unprotected oral sex briefly but full intercourse was protected at all times.
I have not had any of symptoms listed, high tempratures, achy muscles etc.
You never had a risk and your condom didn,t fail or you would have known straight away.Stop surfing the net for information,its just going to make you more anxious.You have been given the correct information,except it and relax.

I initially thought that I had a bug bite that created an abscess. I had that drained three months in a row before it was kept open and packed from the bottom up by a home nurse. I had two wide open incisions then a mastectomy of the left breast in Oct. of 2008.
This was very short (with intervals) may be thrice, as there were people around, only pants unzipped, as this happened in a night club in Uganda, Kampala. No ejaculation and no other events/exposure. I am also circumcised. Next day felt a little itch on the penis (probably due to masturbation), Took Azithromycin (500 mg, 3 doses) and itch was gone. After a couple of weeks felt fever like symptoms, felt heat in the body, but no actual fever.
