I was contemplating the percentage chance i contracted the HIV virus and was wondering that if the chance of someone having the virus is combined with the chance of transmission is so low, why does the general media/public make it seem like aids is everywhere. Well, it seems like there is no other cause than genes to this (probably), but since I really dont like being this underweight, are there any drugs that could help me gain weight (in other words eat more/ slow metabolism).

Again, I have tried the "eat more" thing, but it doesnt seem to work very well. At first I do gain weight, but I get pretty bad diarrhea ETC. from eating too much.

About 3 weeks ago I had sex with a CSW for the first time and I wore a condom for both oral and vaginal. However, I've read that condoms are not 100% effective in STD and HIV protection, even if it does not fail or slip off which I'm quite sure was my case. So, these "studies" and "expert's" opnions have caused me great concern as to the exposure level I put myself through.
