He gained back 12 pounds but now that school has started he refuses to take any medication. His behavior is getting worse and I now fear that he really has antisocial personality disorder. He has a high IQ and can converse on a very intelligent level if its something he wants to talk about but he has absolutely NO regard for anyone other than himself. He has to be the center of attention every minute.

A while back i was told i had adhd. i was going over in my head of all the symptoms i have. i was wonerding about these posssible symptoms ,are these adhd or not? 1. when i read i seem to read but it just go through my head and usally i got to reread a few times to remeber it. adhd or not? 2.when i go out and play pool i usally just take my shot right away not aiming for a long time if i try to aim my shoots get worse i try to see the shot but cant.adhd or not?

My partners fever went away within 24 hours, but the next day she got an extremly sore throat, nasty cough, and canker sores on her tongue. these symptoms seem to be getting worse. would a subsided fever and onset of other symptoms be consistant with the ARS?

I'm sorry to hear about your worsening symptoms ... if you can hold out, for the sake of school, you MIGHT find that the severity of your symptoms cycles. I know mine did for years (before I was diagnosed) .... definitely get in to see your doctor and discuss it with him. Was this the only doctor you've seen? a second opinion might also be in order. I hope you get some relief.

you are probably right about its more my anxiety than the paxil and I am probably making it worse...but if the paxil does work will it take away all these sensations I am getting from the anxiety....my dizziness,nausea,blurry vision and headaches....I have had these for 5 years now daily and I mean daily....if it isnt going to take all these feelings away whats the use of taking it...Just hope these feeling will go away....I am afraid my mind will take over more than the medication....

I've been dealing with constipation on and off for a few years, but it seems to be getting worse. I can not seem to have a B.M without taking some sort of Lax. Without taking them I don't even have the urge to go, I have changed my diet around, I drink less coffee now, I am drinking more water and exercising more. I have a child myself that displayed things that some would say were adhd like symptoms. But he does not have adhd. He has sensory integration disorder which also affects the nervous system like add/adhd and can look similar. My child has never been on drugs but improved all around with occupational therapy. I would hate to put him on medication, myself. I think it should be a last resort. I don't blame parents for trying to understand their child better.

t seem to actually fall asleep. Severe memory loss which is rapidly getting worse, my speech has become slurred, I suffer from random dizzy spells and nausea. Have you tried Strattera for the ADHD because, unfortunately, most other medications that help the symptoms of ADHD are stimulants and will exaserbate the symptoms of BP.Good luck with your quest. I'm still trying to get the balance right myself.

Tight Chest, short of breath, wheezing etc and started to wonder, do you think my asthma may be getting worse? Also sometimes out of the blue I feel I can ONLY breathe enough air from my mouth, and not my nose. Is it possible for my asthma to have "gone away" and then come back? If my Dr had me in ADHD med and my OCD was getting worse over time I would asking question as to why I was on ADHD med only.
