I have a real sensitive stomach and immune system, and am allergic to a lot so I would think that you can handle most of these. The best working were the Daytrana, Adderall XR, and Vyvanse, and the Adderall you are taking may be different than what I take(XR) The other Adderall hurt my stomach and made me sick if I didn't eat, but I have no problem with the XR.
So my doctor put me on adderall xr starting at 10 mg. She increased it only by 10mg or less at a time. So I went up to 20 mg and now have been on 25 mg since august 2011. The 25 mg is doing good by the benefits and less symptoms I've had but only last 8 hrs. I had side effects with adderall in the beginning but they were not as intense and long term as vyvanse. Right now I don't have any side effects except if I get less than 7 hrs of sleep then I do get tired even on the adderall xr.
I'm on Adderall 10 mg tab (not XR) 2x daily for my ADHD but it seems really weak, especially in the morning. I'm also taking generic Zoloft at 75 mg a day in the morning with breakfast simultaneously with the Adderall. Also, I've been on Adderall before without Zoloft and it seemed to be more effective, though I was on a 15mg morning regimen.When I take the Adderall in the morning with I barely feel a difference, except a very minor dry mouth.
No easy answer here. First I assume you mean Adderall XR? Let me know if you don't because the next sentence is about XR. Most Charts list 50mgs as the maximum dose. And weight really has less to do with the dosage then one would think.

Hey, I was prescribed generic 10mg Adderall 1x per day by my psych, but when I tried it I felt slightly dizzy with ear stuffiness (the type when you fly on airplanes) accompanied by sharp, inner ear pain (in both ears). This lasted about 1.5 months.

Adderall XR helped my Cerbral Palsy. I took about 40 mg and my spastiicity feels cured. I think of what may of actually helped too is I took my pain medicine oxycodone too. I got the headaches usually after the dose wore off and would get tired. Does he take adderall xr which are capsules or just the short acting adderall which comes in pill form? You may need to lower the dose which could help his side effects. If the dose is too strong; when it wears off it can definitely cause withdrawal symptoms. My son and I both had this problem. After a year on the med, your son will definitely need to either increase or decrease based on how he is doing.

I stopped taking my perscription to adderall xr 30mg two weeks ago since my semester at college was over. I was taking this dosage for almost three months. Since I have stopped, I have noticed fatigue in the morning along with a foggy thought process through out the day. Is this normal? And how long does this withdrawl last for?
I've been taking Adderall XR 20mg for nearly 2 year and have noticed that if I haven't masturbated in 2-3 days, ejaculate will appear either prior to, or after I urinate. I have checked side effects of Adderall XR on the manufacturer's website and have not found any information to this.
adderall and concerta both have seizures as a side effect along with other bad side effects,and so do all other medicines.

Have you tried taken vitamins like omega 3 and vitamins b6.

A friend of mine is prescribed to Adderall 20mg XR, as am I. After a few weeks she felt as if the drug was not working. She opened one of her capsules and found that it looked as if it was sugar inside, as well as tasted like sugar. She did so for 5 capsules and they all contained the same sugar-like substance. About 5 minutes after I took my second capsule of Adderall I started feeling really weird, I thought I was losing my mind. Adderall XR 25 milligrams , dextrostat 10 milligrams for afternoon, and effexor (75)for mild depression, mind you. ( I think the adderall was causing the havoc made him tired all the time and rollercoaster mood swings. ) So, got recruited to college for golf but couldn't function for 18 holes.

Concerta, 30mg Adderall IR, and 30mg Adderall XR. Concerta gave me migraines. Adderall XR completely sucked. Adderall IR was the best medication that I found until Vyvanse. Now I think Adderall is horrible in comparison.
I've been taking 30mg of Vyvanse for a few months now. This has been my adjusted dose from trying 20mg, 30mg, and 50mg. 50mg was wayy too much at the time. 30mg was perfect until about a month ago. It lasted about 12 hours, a huge improvement over 4 hours of Adderall IR.
