I've been taking Adderall XR 20mg for nearly 2 year and have noticed that if I haven't masturbated in 2-3 days, ejaculate will appear either prior to, or after I urinate. I have checked side effects of Adderall XR on the manufacturer's website and have not found any information to this.
For the past month I have seen a change in both my behavior/attitude and mood...towards everything and anything. I'm more aggressive and easily irritated and annoyed. I lose my temper and am very impatient.. At the end of last year to the beginning of this year til like May I would say I was pretty positve and happy. But lately, I'm just depressed. I feel alone. and I'm not happy. Could the fact that I'm taking adderall be a reason to why I could be depressed?
I used to use caffine to pick me up when the adderall was wearing off but I notice this always ended up in a downward spiral until I stop the caffine for about a week and felt good again. Instead of using caffine to pick me up once the adderall wears off I just take more adderall now but not enough to get that PEP feeling. If you take enough adderall to get the pepped up feeling every day your tolerance will increase quickly.

For the past few months my sex drive seems non existent. I have a girlfriend who I've always found very attractive and haven't had any relationship issues with. I'm 23 I smoke cigarettes and take adderall both which I've done for years without issue. Also I'm 6'3 and 150 lbs I've always felt my drive was low but nothing like this. You really need to be on the website that deals with anxiety and depression. This site really deals with ADHD and there is always the ongoing debate of medication or not for ADHD. Nobody has the experience to tell you how to deal with anxiety and depression. I have seen the combination you have mentioned in literature so I know its not unusual. But that's about all I can tell you. I would trust your doctor.
I was recently diagnosed with adult add. My doctoe prescribed adderall 20mg a day. It helps a lot with focus & motivation. But when I am at work or in social settings I feel paranoid & xtreme anxiety. My doc said he is upping my prozac that would help with social anxiety. But it will take a month to feel a benefit from that & the adderall will probably just override it. I did not take the adderall todday b4 work. I don't know what to do. She has taken Doxycyl. - 1 capsule a day for about 3 years for acne. She took adderall xr 15 mg for approximately 1 1/2 years, but stopped about 8 months ago b/c she didn't like the side effects. My wife was taking adderall for about 4 years and she became addicted. Recently she quit for 2 months. I found a pill in one of her pockets a few weeks ago and am not sure if this is adderall. My son was put on adderall and then concerta for adhd and add.both of them did nothing.but he ended up having seizures.on both sides of his brain.know medicine have worked.and this June the VNS was put in.
The seizures seem to come when he is hipper at times,also when scared.When I ask him if he worrys a lot he says yes.Thou I tell him not to.

Hello, my name is Justin and I was curious about the effects of taking adderall had on motor neuron and glutamate function. I am currently in medical school and have been taking adderall for some time now and notice that when I am taking in caffeine along with adderall I experience muscle twitching within my arms, legs, and fingers. Previously to my arrival at school, I was checked out by a neurologist who performed a NVC/EMG and said everything was fine.
I started taking adderall in January (going on 3 months now). About 3 weeks ago I started waking up very tired and with swollen hands. On top of the swelling my knuckles had bumps on the sides and backs of them and my hands would itch. The pain then started shooting up my arms, particularly the left arm, and then to my shoulder then to my back. Then last week I was experiencing muscle weakness. So much that I would have trouble walking or driving. I went to 3 drs.

Vyvanse is metabolized differently, so could last longer in your system. It was done so you could not snort it like you can with Adderall. Adderall gives a stronger first "hit". V is smoother and takes longer to take effect so may not be as noticeable. Also the Dose of V should be 30mg compared to 10mgs of adderall XR to be somewhat equal.
I don't put a lot of stuff in my coffee though, so I'm curious why coffee would make me shaky but Adderall wouldn't. I know they work differently, but I just assumed that Adderall was stronger and would have more negative side effects.
I also take adderall for add and xanax for anxiety. The reason that you are experiencing anxiety like symptoms from the adderall is because adderall is a stimulant. It is a mix of amphetamine and dextoamphetamine salts. It is a schedule II drug. Schedule I drugs are the worst classification and it goes down to schedule V. This is not uncommon, I have this problem as well. The question is can you live with the extra anxiety if the adderall is really helping you?
My college aged daughter has been on Adderall 3 days a week since Nov 2007. I noticed over spring break a small amount of acne (she had been acne free for years). Then when she came home in May the acne started getting worse. She upped her adderall because of training/games and a new job. So she was basically taking it almost every day. Her face broke out horribly. Worse it has ever been. I took her to two dermatologists. Nothing was helping. It was steadily getting worse.
