The w/d from adderall is not too bad-in terms of the physical aspects-but mentally-its really hard-you could talk to your primary care doctor about getting on an anti-depressant for a while- Therapy/support groups can be very helpful too- Keep posting to get some support here too- peace- alice

And sometimes starting new medication can cause a short term increase in anxiety. I had severe tingling in my arms from anxiety and had to get a CT scan to rule out a stroke.
