i feel amazing i am not like crazy happy but i am content and i am kind of anxious about how bad i will feel once the euphoria is gone

I am 25 years old. I weigh about 175 lbs. I am prescribed Adderall XR - 30 mg. I take 2 a day as prescribed monday through friday. I do not take any on sat and sunday. I notice that after 3 months or so of use the adderall does not work as well. Should I take a break to reset my tolerance? If so how long?

Also, yesterday I took a 10mg Adderall XR after not having any for 2 months, and there were NO euphoria, concentration benefits, or ANY mental benefits from it AT ALL. The Adderall did make me feel really stimulated physically like caffeine, but there were no anxious feelings at all. Either the Tramadol or Vicodin withdrawal is making my brain drained of endorphins or something like that. When do you guys think I will get my natural endorphins back? Also, do you think this is PAWS?

m addicted to my Adderall 30 mg. I used to take it as directed, once daily, but last few months taking it more. I have only5 pills left until my renewed prescription next month. Does anyone know about the withdrawal symptoms from this? Is it worse than coming off vicodin or better? I have clonazepam 1mg which I rarely ever take. I have plenty refills for that. Was told that the clonazepam would greatly help. Is this true?

Hello, I have ADHD and have been on Adderall for almost 10 months now. I currently take 60mg, 2 20mg pills in the morning and 1 20mg in the afternoon. I have been experiencing euphoria and clear vision for a while. I also had anxiety because I believed I had heart problems. I got a 24 hour heart monitor and several other tests and my heart was completely normal.

I myself have taken adderall. I have found that combined with Oxy Contin the feeling of euphoria is doubly intoxicating. I thought this was just for me, but found out that alot of Oxy abusers seek out adderall to mix the two. Anyway, I never became addicted to adderall. Simply because I couldn't get as many as I would have liked and I thank god to this day. I have kicked my Oxy habit, so far so good. To answer you now, I don't know what adderall w.d is like, but I hear it is horrible.

My dr added adderal to my prozac and xanx he says i have refractory depression or something like that,i felt better yesterday after taking the adderall...but i hear im at higher risk for serotoyin syndrome....any others on these meds..

Nodding is not a form of euphoria for me...i can do that all by myself!

i definitely dont have bad add/adhd, or even think i have it at all becauase all the stimulants he treid, especially the adderall i felt the extreme stimulation, euphoria, and all the other effects recreational users look for instead of the real pharmaceutical effects taht actually help children and adults with add.

I've had issues since I was about 14 (20 yrs) my biggest problem being extreme fatigue. I have always felt like I could sleep for days, wake up and use the bathroom and go back to sleep. I also have generalized anxiety disorder. Sometimes it's worse than others. Circumstances and my hormonal cycle.

I have been abusing my Adderall prescription for the last two months. Last month I took my 30-day script in 10 days. I had horrible withdrawls for 2 weeks. I immediately realized what I had done and have tried to keep myself in check this month, but have still taken more than prescribed most days. re talking about. For a long time my drugs of choice were adderall and oxycontin, then adderall and heroin. I liked that they balanced eachother out and got super addicted to the combo of them. But yes, when I came off of them, I had severe depression. However, each day i stayed off of it got better. The thing is, I had to go to rehab or 12 step meetings for the support and teh community and so I was around other addicts who understood and so i made myself accountable to them.

Did you start using them to detox & not give them enough time to reach a 'steady state' blood level ? (takes a couple of days to adjust to them) This sometimes happens where people crave the high of a full agonist (painkiller) like Norco b/c Subs are only a partial agonist & therefore don't supply the same euphoria for heavier users.

Its neccessary to only take medication prescribed for you. If your psychiatrist prescribed Adderal and you need it for adhd that's fine. If not take caution some people misuse it for a recreational high and it can impair judgment even if that's not why you took it. Mania is not a form of happiness. A person has racing thoughts and a low frustration tolerance and they can't focus on things.

t want to make it long term for the risks involved although it helped my anxiety a lot and relieved some depression from that. The adderall works great, improves my mood(without any euphoria), slows down racing thoughts, and just gives me a feeling of contentment. I have tried both the adderall xr and ir, and both give me a terrible rebound anxiety/depression. Although this can be really bad I still find myself taking it just to get through the day.

Multi-Vitamins I'd say. But I'd love to know the answer to that also because I've been on Adderall on and off for years and it does mess with your mind. Especially depression and not wanting to do anything once you are sober.

But I checked with another study recipient and we both agree that there is a mild sense of well being and euphoria that sets in about an hour after taking PSI 7977 and lasts for varying lengths of time and then begins to change to fatigue. Hello, my name is Justin and I was curious about the effects of taking adderall had on motor neuron and glutamate function. I am currently in medical school and have been taking adderall for some time now and notice that when I am taking in caffeine along with adderall I experience muscle twitching within my arms, legs, and fingers. Previously to my arrival at school, I was checked out by a neurologist who performed a NVC/EMG and said everything was fine.

My question is about using a mood stabilizer (Lamictal) with my Opana and hydromorphone, fentanyl and before, oxycontin. I do not get any euphoria from opiate or opiod medications or get much mental effects..and I'm wondering if my mood stabilizer is the reason for this...like it maintains me at an a level mood and this prevents my mood from being elevated similar to how it prevents me from having manic symptoms. Just a fyi, I'm not looking for the euphoria and hyperness etc....

First question: do you actually have ADHD? This is one of the most abused diagnoses around, which doesn't mean people don't actually have it, it means a lot of people who have it aren't diagnosed with it and most who are diagnosed with it don't have it. So have you been diagnosed for this lately?

Vyvanse is metabolized differently, so could last longer in your system. It was done so you could not snort it like you can with Adderall. Adderall gives a stronger first "hit". V is smoother and takes longer to take effect so may not be as noticeable. Also the Dose of V should be 30mg compared to 10mgs of adderall XR to be somewhat equal.

I don't put a lot of stuff in my coffee though, so I'm curious why coffee would make me shaky but Adderall wouldn't. I know they work differently, but I just assumed that Adderall was stronger and would have more negative side effects.

Anyway the last few week my anxiety has got worse, and I felt like I did before I got on testosterone. My adderall has really helped me and I don’t want to give it up. However, I got a blood test done 4 days after my last injection and my testosterone was 323 which is super low especially for me. Being a huge hypochondriac, which the adderall has helped with, I started looking online, which I know is a big no no.

It is a mix of amphetamine and dextoamphetamine salts. It is a schedule II drug. Schedule I drugs are the worst classification and it goes down to schedule V. This is not uncommon, I have this problem as well. The question is can you live with the extra anxiety if the adderall is really helping you?
