I recently took adderall for the first time and this same thing happened to me, blood in my semen. It just happened so I haven't let it wear off yet. I'm praying it does. If you had this happen to you (a reader), please post here and follow up if it goes away or not. If tests or treatment is obtained, please share what you can. If mine does not go away by Monday I will seek medical attention and post a follow-up here.
I am on probation and was tested positive for meth during a simple urine analysis using no specialized machines. It was just a quick on location test. I know personally that I have never done such a drug but I do take adderall xr for my ADHD diagnosis. It is prescribed to me and everything. Is this what could of caused the positive reading? If so will further examination tell officials what exactly it is so my name is not associated with meth no longer. Or should I be worried?
I am in College now and my little brother(18) had 30 mg Adderall. So I asked him if I could take one every Tuesday and Thursday before class. So last Thursday 2/11/10 was the very first pill I took.And gah did I feel great, I was focused in on my classes etc. My point I'm getting at is that after taking 3 pills I have had excessive sweating from my hands and armpits. It's horrible. I can hardly hold a pen or pencil. I can see the sweat on the desks. I can not get rid of it.
Also could these test be affected anyway by the technician doing the test? At the end of the test she kept getting phone calls and all. I don’t think she was measuring anything though. Or does the radiologist do the measuring when viewing the echo.?
If you could shed any light on this report I would greatly appreciate it.
Sorry to hear you have a low sex drive. Ya, you could have low testosterone. A blood test would determine that pretty easily. You are a little young for that though but it can happen. But a lot of times, sex drive is related to our stress and emotional state. It can be psychological. Anything going on that might be related to that? Are you on any medication? Some medications can cause it. You are pretty low weight for your height. Any issues with your thyroid?
One reason is that it is also dependent on how long after the last dose the blood test is given. I would think that who ever is controlling the test would know that info. I would also think her prescribing doctor would be able to give you an idea of normal levels. He certainly couldn't give you info about her, but general info like that the doc should be able to give.
I don't put a lot of stuff in my coffee though, so I'm curious why coffee would make me shaky but Adderall wouldn't. I know they work differently, but I just assumed that Adderall was stronger and would have more negative side effects.

weird, new side effect. maybe related to blood pressure rise. that would be easy to check out.
concerta is a long lasting ritalin. You might try a stronger dose of ritalin. It would be out of your system in 4 hours instead of 8 (give or take) with concerta.
Adderall is a amphetamine while ritalin/concerta is a methylphenidate.
The symptoms should ease at night when the meds no longer in system. If the symptoms are still there, it may not be related.
Take your blood pressure after the adderall kicks in. I really wonder why you need the Ephedrine. The Adderall will raise your heart rate. The Ephedrine will raise it higher. You would have to be in fantastic shape to withstand not doing damage maybe even unrepairable damage to yourself. Please be careful. More is not better.
last night my roomate thought it would be funny to give me 40 mg of adderall instead of the asprin i asked him for it was kind of dark so i didnt even look at the pills i didnt get sick or anything but my problem is i have a urine test in two days and am afraid im going to come up positive does anyone know how long this will take to get out of my system

One thing I wanted to add is that adderall is known to raise blood pressure. I would be worried about having high blood pressure during your pregnancy, especially late in pregnancy as you don't want to end up with toxemia. Not to mention what it could do to your baby's blood pressure.
Just make sure you talk to your doctor before taking any.

Vyvanse is metabolized differently, so could last longer in your system. It was done so you could not snort it like you can with Adderall. Adderall gives a stronger first "hit". V is smoother and takes longer to take effect so may not be as noticeable. Also the Dose of V should be 30mg compared to 10mgs of adderall XR to be somewhat equal.
Try not to consume alcohol for atleast 5 hours after your last adderall dose. Keep your blood volume adequate by staying hydrated and nourished. Never take a "sustained release" version of adderall, no matter what the pharmaceutical companies tell you. As with any stimulant med, always keep a fast-acting benzodiazepine on hand, preferably xanax (alprazolam).

I am 5'9, 130 lbs, work out occasionally, although I have asthma and during my first year in college I indulged pretty excessively in marijuana/drinking. I also used adderall illicitly to cram, staying up three nights in a row at times, and that is when my problems started.
i have an upcoming test and was maybe going to take some adderall to help me study. i do not have ADD and am not prescribed adderall. i know it may be harmful but i have done it in the past and i seemed to be fine. i was wondering if maybe taking the adderall while on the antibiotic would be a problem? what health risks would this pose?

I have a question regarding a recent drug test and the possibility of coming up positive. For about the past month, I was taking one, (on the rare occasion, two) 15 mg form of generic adderall in order to lose weight and stay awake during early morning hours, as I am in the process of joining the military. I am not prescribed adderall. The last one I took was last Saturday morning at roughly 7am, today is Friday, so roughly 6 days have passed since last taking any.
