I was out drinking a lot last night and i was pretty hungover and today i got my adderall back...Well i took my adderall like i should but i am having SEVERE anxiety...I know its a mixture of the alcohol leaving my body and the medication...I just want to know what to do to get rid of it...

I personally tried severalk times my first two years if college and I never had taken more than 30 ngs and that seemed like a very high dose and i gotwith very jittery and a huge efffect. A few months ago I was diagnosed with ADHD and instead of Adderall I tried Strattera knowing my addictive personality and past with drug abuse.

I am 17 years old and I have put myself under a lot of pressure in school the last few days. I take adderall for ADD (20mg XR) and in order to study harder and motivate myself I made the mistake of using a 10mg short acting tablet by crushing it into powder and snorting it. I have done it a few times since and I would like to know you have any advice. I know you're not supposed to snort it, but as I said I've had a hard time lately.

re talking about. For a long time my drugs of choice were adderall and oxycontin, then adderall and heroin. I liked that they balanced eachother out and got super addicted to the combo of them. But yes, when I came off of them, I had severe depression. However, each day i stayed off of it got better. The thing is, I had to go to rehab or 12 step meetings for the support and teh community and so I was around other addicts who understood and so i made myself accountable to them.

My Doctor is working with me and helping me in any way he can. I have ADHA and use to take Adderall daily. I asked my doc if I could get back on it while taking Suboxone and he said yes and perscribed it to me again. My question is if I should be taking these two meds together or not? I know my doc perscribed them to me but I can't help but question if it's ok. Does anyone have any takes on this? I am taking 8mg Sub 2x daily and 30mg Adderall 2x daily right now.

i am on adderall xr and zoloft 50mg and it is makin me very sick.i am starving every 2 hrs my moods have me very angry..i have diarea and nasea....i have just switched from celea and adderall to the zoloft...what can i take for depression with my adderall that wnt make me sick?

I went home for a little over a month began having my ole migraines again and found my old prescriptions for hydromorphone and oxycontin. With the combo of theoriginal headaches and my mother facing a brain tumor i found myself needing them to just get away from it all slowly but surely in this months span I took almost all of the pills about three bottles. And than when I couldn't sleep I took ambien.

ve been on since January and I stopped it 3-4weeks ago and there is still some tenderness. But in addition I was put on adderall about 1-1.5 months before that. Is it possible that the culprit is really the amphetamine and not the propecia ?? Thanks for your help.

be extremely careful the mental addiction to adderall and simliar stimulants are very brutal and hard to beat. if you have any other questions about treatment or any thing else let me know-christos. p.s- one thing you could possibly give a shot is provigil(modafinil), it is a waking agent and mild stimulant, with a lot less abuse potential. it doesnt really ahve any euphoria which is mostly what hooks most ppl, but it does help you stay attentive and get task done.

She had been on Adderall for ADHD, went into a hypermanic event and was involuntarily committed for treatment. After her release she went back to her original Psychiatrist who again prescribed Adderall for her. Is Adderall ever used for bipoplar disorder. Everything I have read says no. How can I convince her Dr. to not prescribe it anymore? Please help us.

yesterday i woke up with terrible diarrhea and felt lethargic all day. i took some adderall and a couple tylenol and felt good enough to finally eat yesterday afternoon, but by the night time i felt like death. i decided that maybe i should try to cut down my dose over a week or so instead of going cold turkey, so i did about 20mg last night. I still felt the urge for more, but instead i took a xanax and went to sleep.

I've been prescribed adderall for the past 4 years, I currently take 75mg per day. A couple months ago my Dr. started me on strattera in conjunction with my adderall. I have not noticed any improvement in my ability to concentrate or remain organized since starting the strattera, however my anxiety is gone and I am finally happy. thanks girl, glad to meet you. I have been off the opiates(oxycodon, oxycontin) for the past 6 months when I lost my insurance. I now have it back but Dr. Cochran is not takeing any new patients. So I'm kinda floating by on my nurontin. I also take adderall for ADHD and valium to help with panic attacks. I am now seeing just a pyschiatrist. Who doesnt treat bi-polar with opiates. He believes that it was working for me but is not familiar enough with the recent studies.

I currently take 60mg Adderall XR once a day and recently my Dr. added Celexa 20mg once a day..Anyone have any experience with that combination?I noticed yesterday for about five minutes my hearing wasnt as good..then that went back to normal..this is after adding the celexa..Adderall never did this..I also now have diarrhea where with only the Adderall I only went once a week...but Adderall makes me not hungry at all...not till after 6 pm..

anyways i then stop the medication, which i had no problem stopping at all since i slowly went from two 20 mg of adderall a day for each 8 hours class in the morning and night. To one pill and day, to one pill every other day, till nothing at all. SO don't think it's like taking (CRACK COCAINE) and almost impossible to stop.

We are pleased with Adderall! Ashley took it for the first time yesterday and it was almost like it was a different person I was living with! I've been taking adderall for about 10 years now, and I've always had problems with my voice, specifically the volume of my voice. Especially when I take an extra tablet, the next day my voice is breathy and hoarse. Do you think this has to do with adrenal burnout? Or could it be LPR (silent reflux)? I worry the Adderall is altering stomach acid PH? which might be causing my lower esophageal sphincter to get stuck open, causing pepsin leakage into throat?

I was a healthy energetic 30yo before I started taking adderall. I discontinued taking it and I did start back on it and it didn't help with my pain, but actually gave me severe headaches and mild seizures. I'm glad it's helping you though. At least you're getting relief from your symptoms someway.

oh honey, get him off that stuff! my son has adhd and bipolar, and they tried to treat both, but adderall is a definite no-no. it increases aggressive behavior and raging. you will have to teach him to deal with paying attention, but you can't treat bipolar using any other technique than drugs and therapy. take him off soon, and let usknow how it goes. good luck to you!
