Initially (for about two months), whilst I was on Ritalin I experienced increased libido and experienced really intense erections. These erections were not very painful and although maybe they lasted longer than usual and endured after orgasm. I am not sure this was priapism as they did not last for ridiculously long periods e.g. 4 hours (unless I did not notice them because I was asleep during them). Later these stopped completely.

In the past couple of months, I have noticed an increased libido - and this is causing a problem. My husband is convinced I am a "nympho" (his name, not mine) and that I should see a therapist or go to my doctor and get something to tone myself down, because no right person at my age (45) should want to have sex 2 or 3 times a day ... he says he is normal and only wants it a couple of times a week, but I still have to ask, or we don't even have that. Ever since he is on this medication he is showing increased signs of anxiety regarding food safety and some OCD traits (increased hand washing).
