I'm 21, and I've been having chest pains, so I went to the Dr. ended up getting an echocardiogram. It showed that the left ventricle in my heart was dilated (57mm). The Dr. told me to stop drinking, smoking (cigarettes), vyvanse/adderall, and cut back on caffeinated beverages. I'm in college and I've been finding it hard to stop all of these cold turkey, and I'm a bit worried about how much of a concern this condition can be? (Is this considered cardiomyopathy or not?
