This is seriously embarrasing since all of my friends have amazing skin, I've tried to get rid of scars also by lemon juice, home made products and I can't seem to get rid of my scars/acne. It's almost summer and I need to wear my bikini so I can tan, its just weird knowing I have these bumps everywhere. I also bruise easily which means that they soon turn my skin into a nasty bruised area, I really want to know how to get rid of this fast, and get rid of the pestering pimples too.

here the climate is tropical type...i had severe acne...but nw itz gone...bt left with dark n re patches and deep scars....so my dermatologist prescribes me few cream like DEFLORATE n DEMELAN....bt im gettn no reslt....so i tried to use lemon juice as people say one of the best natural remedy...after using fr 1 month i didnt get any reslt as such....i avoid exposure o sun rays....i drink water abt 6 liters a day...

Does anyone know about the scarring after-effects of accutane? I've read several reports of scarring left after it's use. Hello, Benzoyl peroxide is effective for active acne lesions.Since now you are left only with scars which are a result of scratching, so they are post inflammatory hyperpigmentation scars.The treatment is the same as advised. Cetaphil is amazing for acne during pregnancy. But try a lemon juice and sugar scrub. Just mix the fresh lemon juice with some sugar and scrub your face, the sugar will open pores and get rid of dead skin while the lemon juice kills bacteria and dried out pimples.
