Avatar f tn I am 28 years old and have had terrible acne since I was beginning puberty around the age of 13. I had tried everything even Accutane which worked for a few months but its now back. I have recently within the past 4 years discovered I have Endometriosis and have concluded that the acne is primarily cause by the crazy hormone levels. I break out mostly on my chin and jaw line. Very seldom on my cheeks and forehead.

1044846 tn?1253522908 Just what it sounds like, but here's the kicker; I don't smoke, I don't share drinks, food, utensils, makeup, or lip balm, and I haven't kissed anyone outside of my family in 6+ months or had Sexual contact in almost a year (it's been a busy, boring, funeral-filled year. D: ). they're tiny, in a very small group, and on my bottom lip. They almost feel like dry-skin bumps, but I've never HAD bumps on my lips before. One of them may look like it has a blackhead. Is it.
Avatar n tn Hello doctor. I really hope I can get some helpfull advice, since I haven't found any in a year. I had gotten a tatto on my thigh about a year ago and it got infected. (MRSA probably) I got 3 boils on the area. Went to a doct, was prescibed antiobiotics and all went away. The only problem is that I have 3 purplish scars left that just won't go away no matter what I do. They are a little unflattened, and dark purple.

Avatar m tn The dermatologist said my skin is too oily. I;m on my fourth day using the products. Has anyone ever used these products and could they cure my acne for good?
Avatar f tn Hi im 18 and i was diagnosed with rosacea i have fair skin and have always flushed and blushed ect but now its worse and i can see broken caps all over my face from flushing attacks from heat or skincare products my GP has put me on oxytetracycline but i looked it up about it and it says its for acne which i dont have just flushing and redness on my cheeks and nose. Avatar m tn Hi, I'm Rhyan, from the Philippines. Well, I'm an acne sufferer.. 3 months ago, I was perfectly looking good, my face was clear, there was pimples but you could rarely see them on my face and they were getting healed naturally and fast. But now, everything turned upside down, I had breakouts that almost covered my entire face by acne in just 3 months!
Cat Hi! If you were my patient, I would advise you that the best products for rosacea and acne are prescription antibiotics. One option to consider would be laser or broad band light treatments at a medi-spa in your area, These are pricey too, but can give lasting results. Good luck!
Avatar f tn I had acne years ago and now they gone, but they made holes in my skin that really makes me feel sad. I do not want to go for laser in the first option if there is other option like fruit masks or sth like this. Is there any hope to get my face skin smooth again?
Avatar n tn They have wonderful scar treatments in cosmetic clinics all over the world. Microdermabrasion and laser skin resurfacing are the two most popular for everything from fine lines to acne and other facial scars. It may sound drastic or scary, but these treatments are becoming more common and affordable each year. Do some research to find which clinics offer these treatments in your area. Look at their websites, photos and testimonies, and email the doctor that you are interested in.
Avatar f tn Though if you really want to continue to try to erase or lessen the scars, you can look into over the counter products like certain face peels or scar minimizing products. Though I will warn you that many don't work and it becomes a bit of a waste of money. I have multiple scars all over my body from sports, surgeries, and other things that have gotten me hurt(random scars) and have tried a few different products with very little to no results.
Avatar f tn I believe abrasion on my skin causes acne breakouts. Ever since using back scrubbers, acne appeared and left acne scars after disappearing. I totally lost my confidence in dressing up for summer and I cant go shirtless, I'm forced to wear a shirt when I go swimming and its bothersome. My self-esteem has hit rock bottom ever since these deep scars appeared. I never knew skin could do that.
Avatar f tn i am too embarassed to even go to the doctor, but i was wondering if any type of procedure might work? i dont know, cant they laser them or something, i would pay any amount of money if they would all just go away.
