You could do an alcohol rinse, ask at your local pharmacy, they have kits. But yes, you need to see a ENT or primary doctor. I just went and got a pap done yesterday and i told my GYN about some bumps/cyst i have on my vagina that come and go every once and a while and he told me not to worry about it because its like acne on your face but its down there. I've never heard of having acne down there. But anyway, sometimes these bumps get so big they hurt and some even pop and puss comes out. U may want to put a cold compress instead of hot, it'll give some comfort. It may just be a boil and the doc will have to lance it.

I did some research about the sebaceous cyst online and most of what I found was the hot compress solution.
