With serious acne I found that I would get these nasty lumps that took forever to reach the surface and erupt. This may be the caae with you. I never found a cure and the condition did not die away until my 50's. Sad news. What did help was not stimulating the skin of my face in anyway. In fact all I did was rinse it in lukewarm water - no soap - no astringents - no facials - no sunbathing. Following that routine I prevented serious flareups.
I do not have bumps like this, however, I do have acne. I believe this started out like a pimple When looking at it, you notice the pin hole, but that's about it. If it weren't for that, I don't think you would notice it unless you rubbed my arm. It isn't raised. You can feel the bump underneath the skin, more like a cyst. It feels like a ball. I do see my doctor regularly for acne along with depression.
It has totally gotten my acne under control. I developed acne/ cyst on my face, shoulders, and lower back. Wal-mart has a generic version that works just as well. I sat in the Endo's office furious / confused/frustrated. Bottom line is the doctors still don't quite understand what exactly causes auto-immune diseases and why it affects women differently. There is no cure just the ability to treat symptoms. I have personally found that each Dr. has their opinion and theory.

For premature acne, if the acne is protected from the sunlight and sometimes an antioxidant treatment if applied in the initial stage to cure the lesions of acne then it can be cured at the beginning. Then medical treatment is the same as adult acne i.e initially benzoyl peroxide and topical antibiotics are used. But they are to be used under medical supervision and not one one’s own.

If you were my patient, I would first want to know more about your liver problem, as it may not be a contraindication to taking oral contraceptives. If it IS, losing weight is an excellent way to remedy PCOS if you are overweight. If you are not overweight, you could consider Metformin to help lower insulin resistance and regulate your periods.
You should definitely see a reproductive endocrinologist to help you with your issues.
It is not like acne in all over the body parts. It is like red rashes and sometimes in acne coming in abdomen area only.But most of the body area is covered by this red rashes. It usually starts as one impacted follicle & within a week or so, erupts below the surface, infecting up to 4 or 5 other follicles, creating a huge painful nodule.
However cystic acne needs to be treated. Cystic acne is the most severe form of acne. Cystic acne affects deeper skin tissue than the more superficial inflammation from common acne. Since they are severe, so systemic medications are usually required. The treatment consists of topical and oral antibiotics, tretinoin, oral contraceptives in females and Intralesional corticosteroid injections. Very severe cases may need excision and drainage.
