So ive used both Lotrimins and Lamisils jock itch creams since then and the red spots have faded and my scrotum no longer itches however my scrotum is still a fiery red color and has lost its elasticity. My scrotum also has two darkened dry spots on it now and im worried about what to do next. I no longer have health insurance and am unable to go see a doctor. I've been having on and off itch problem in my scrutum. I tried most jock itch over the counter medication but they only provide temporary relief.
