ve heard a lot of hype about this weight loss detoxing thing where you can loose 10-30 pounds in a week or so. Has anyone tried this?? Acai Berry is supposed to be one of the new detox things out there to clean out your colon or something like that. I'm wondering if it'd be worth a try or too much hassle.

Well, the product I chose to take is Hydroxy-cut no caffiene appetit suppresent. I've lost 77 pounds in a year. So now I wanted to liver cleanse. I'd heard so much good about the Acai Berry, so I bought Natrol brand cleanse. Its a 3 part-er. Clease for 3 days - detox for 7 days and replenish for 7. I was fine the first few days and then I developed nausea and non-fever flu symptoms. Along with that I notice that I NEW MY HEART WAS POUNDING, . . . like I heard it in my ears.

Are you referring to Acai berry? If so, I'd suggest that you save your money. For the most part, ShyTeen is correct, colon cleansing is usually not necessary. Aside from that, any product that promises for fat to "just come right off", without you having to do anything, is too good to be true. The best way to lose weight is by implementing a healthy diet, watching portions sizes and moderate exercise.
