last night i was lying in bed when i realized that an area closest to the scrotum was sore. i felt it and it was a lump, i thought maybe a pimple. of course all these thoughts rushed to my head thinking that i got a std or something. i dont think its any form of std because i have been with my boyfriend for 7 months now and i never had a problem. i am very worried though. the lump is just red and is not oozing and is not white or anything but at the same time, it is sore at times.
If a localized area of the breast is involved, an acute abscess of the breast should be ruled-out. Popping or pricking the pimple-like lesion will produce breaks in the skin and secondary infection may result, producing more harm than good.

I just discovered today that I have a pimple (at least I think it is) on the outside of my Labia Major. It isn't inside the vagina, so it isn't hurting or anything...it just hurts a little when the toilet paper touches it when wiping after urinating. Is there anything I can do to get rid of this pimple myself...or do I need to go to the Doctor?
I have had Abscess' in my mouth off and on for about a year now due to a few broken teeth. I was unable to get them extracted due to my hectic work schedule. I am going to be seeing the dentist soon to have them removed and taken care of. I have a couple questions about how I have been taking care of the abscess' though. The first 2 were not that bad. They were almost like a pimple I popped them and cleaned them out and all the swelling went down and pain went away.

After few days another relatively small abcess appeared on my left cheek (a large pimple), which was subsequently drained by myself applying antiseptic cream (which ws prescribed by my physician earlier).
Now, another abcess has appeared on my chest (just close to my left breast nipple) and I am worried whether this will create any serious consequences.

So a few days ago i shaved down there & today my right Labia is swollen feels like a pimple or boil sort of & red & underneath there is like some small yellow sores. Ive had this happen before but my doctor said she couldnt do anything about it unless it was there for her to see & test. This is my 2nd pregnancy me hubby been together for 5 years both tested for stds. I just dobt know what it is or why its happened.
On Jan. 16 I woke up with this awful pimple/abscess on my chin. I left it alone all day, and it got worse. When I came home I cleaned it. (I've posted picture of the progression on my profile/album). Since then, I still have a lump on my face that won't go away. It hasn't changed in size at all and I don't know what to do about it. Any ideas on what may be going on and/or what I can do about it? I've tried pimple cream but it didn't work.

Hi! I'm brand new to this website & forum, but I was researching this issue for a friend of mine just last night. Sounds like you have an abscess forming thus the "white bump". The tooth itself will have to be taken care of eventually but the abscess is an infection that needs to be taken care of NOW. Any dr/er/dds can prescribe you a round of antibiotics, which will help with the pain and inflammation alot.
I have this pimple on my scrotum. It is bigger than a normal pimple and smaller than a cyst. It felt like a little BB. hard with a white head. I popped it an blood and pus came from it. This was at 6:00AM around noon I squeezed it again this time a little blood only. I'm leaving it be to heal. No abnormal look or pain, just a bit harder than a normal pimple, but it is on my scrotum.

It is possible it can be just a pimple. However, I would suggest keeping an eye on it. If it does not go away or if it increases in size, I suggest to go visit your doctor.
I have a pimple/cyst sort of bump on my left knee cap, and it's reddish purple. It dosnt hurt, its about the seize of a large pea. its really annoying and ugly. AND IT WONT POP! i even tried poping it with a pin, and it didn't work. PLEASE HELP.
Hey all, I'm a male. So a bump appeared in my pubic hair region a few days ago. It feels hard and just recently got a little bit red. Just yesterday, it 'popped' and began bleeding a bit. I cleaned it off and it seems to have stopped, but sometimes when I wipe it, dry blood is there. Today it popped and began bleeding again but the bleeding seems to have stopped again. I'm not sure whether or not this is just a regular pimple or if it's something like an ingrown hair.
