Tender ect? Have you caused injury to the thigh ? It could be an Abscess or a cyst ect which is easy to identify and get it removed by a doctor. :/ If there is no explained reason why it is there then it wouldn't harm to get it checked out by a G.

About 10-12 years ago I started getting abscesses on my inner thigh and underarms. They hurt but I was always able to find the soft center and lance/drain myself.
