I moved to the Middle East last August. For the last four or five months I've had post-nasal drip, one cold with a cough that lasted about 8 weeks and now a constant tickling sensation in my chest, under and on either side of the breast bone. I also sometimes feel a tightness in my chest, not pressure or pain but discomfort, hard to explain.
The post--nasal drip is constant and annoying as well as the ticklish feeling.
In the lower pole there is a 14mm and a 10 x 11 mm solid mass present. On the left, there is a solid mass 7 x 8 mm. In the upper pole and in the mid pole, a large solid 42 x 14 x 22 mm mass present as well as a 7 mm mass in the lower pole. 9 x 5 mm solid mass and an 8 mm solid mass.
IMPRESSION: very large thyroid gland with bilateral extremity (I think they meant extreemly) large solid mass densities.

I have a moderate amount of osteoarthritis in my knee, but the pain I experience with travels to the desert in the south at lower eleveation includes hands, feet, hips, knees and excrutiating. A soak in a hot tub often relieves it substantially.
My maternal side of the family has a long history of rheumatoid arthritis. Do I need to get tested again?

4x2,6cm complex nodule in the inferior pole. There is a colloid cyst with echogenic focus noted in the interior pole about 0.5x0.4x0.4cm Isthmus:0.2cm in AP dimension. can someone pleases kinda tell me what all this means cause i have never had problems like this and i am a 32yr old female so if someone can help me out it would be so kind and i would be greatful thank you...
