80's workout outfits

For a 54 year old male, 140 is a normal systolic. A diastolic in the 80's or 70's is fine, but below 70? That would be too low.

I live just outside of Buffalo, NY and the weather has been so crazy here lately I have packed and unpacked my hospital bag several times, I finally have up ordered all new cute outfits for my little one. I gave six packed now just in case we are still in the 80's or get back to real NY temps of in the 30's with snow! It is going to be a day of coming home decision.

hi , has anyone been told they were having a girl and it turned out to be a boy cuz the lady who did my u/s said it looks like a girl cuz theres nothing between the legs but she said baby was in a funny position?

Luckily I live in Florida, so I know it will already be quite warm (in the 80's) everyday. I would get a couple of outfits for it being cold. You can always be sure to have her wrapped up in a warm blanket.

How many outfits per age should i buy?

Yeah some of the newborn outfits look small and look almost like premie outfits. I feel so dumb for buying outfits in newborn and not thinking about the possibility of fitting in them.

I love a really good comedy...there are so many. I hope your hubby finds Summer Rental...i think it's late 80's or early 90's. I do have several i can recommend, and hopefully some you haven't seen. For starters, there's one called "Tin Men" with Richard Dreyfus(sp?) and Danny Devito...it's about guys that sell aluminum siding in the 50's or 60's. It may be hard to find but it will keep ya goin'...i'll keep workin' on it.

I agree it is weird that is why I posted it on here. I have seen it happen in the past just not to this extreme of going up to 226 then dropping to 30's. To calculate my max heart rate i was told to do the 220 - my age (33) So for it to go to 226 seems odd. Saying that during the run I felt great and felt I could go on forever if I didnt have to hand it off in the relay. My heart rate chest monitor has captured it in the past going up to 180 then dropping down to the 80's, 90's.

I made a baby registry and I was wondering what should be on there? I have a few outfits, shampoo, diaper rash creme, diaper bag, diapers and wipes, she's due in December so a few hats and mittens, and a few more things. I'm trying not to be to outrageous with prices and get things that are reasonable and i'll actually need. Am I missing anything else? Also, getting diapers should I just get newborn size, or should I also prepare and get size 2 & 4?

I work out at an exercise gym and go on the treadmill 3 days a week for 30 minutes in a cardiac workout at level 8 or 9. My father had an angioplasty at age 67. Over the past few weeks I have noted that I get some mild tightness in the left corner of my chest near my shoulder, which can sometimes radiate to my neck.

many men the heart rate is upper 70's low 80's I beleive. I'm not to sure I'd worry about your heart rate so much. In fact I'd be more worried about your rate being as low as you had it in the past. Sure discuss it with your Dr and a true racing heart rate or tachicardia I believe in well in excess of 100. When I excersive I believe my heart rate and it is supposed to be for a 48 year old man to be about 160.

I'm 53 years old and have been exercising 4-5 days a week for the last 14 months. When I'm walking at 4 miles an hour with a 2.5 incline my heart rate gets up to the high 160's (167-168) according to the treadmill monitor. I'm getting a good workout but feel fine - I'm not gasping for air, feeling dizzy, etc. Is that high a heart rate okay?

I can be due any day (36 weeks and already 6-7cm and 80%) and I feel so unprepared too! My boyfriend still hasn't put up the crib, and we still need a bunch of stuff like bottles, diapera, wipes, outfits, etc. We have quite a lot already but I can't help but feel so overwhelmed too!

The mall like jc pennys and doscovs thats where I got all my sons really nice cloths we got 80 dollars worth of cloths for 40 it cames out to like 8 outfits socks and a blanket really good deals you should go check them out

I am packing a coming home outfit, a couple onsies and another outfit just in case I have to stay longer, I want to make sure she has some clean outfits to wear. And plenty of socks because hospitals are cold and I don't want my little girl getting cold. I tend to over pack sometimes.

Depending on when your baby is born, you might not need to worry about too many outfits. I'm due April 24 and by that time its 80+ degrees where I live so I'm not even going to dress him most the time. When we go out he will get something, but at home, especially in the summer, clothes just get in the way.

Just to let you all know that today, I had my 22 week anatomy u/s scan and everything is fine with the babies, we are having TWIN GIRLS!!

I am not sure how long we will be there but I was trying to decide if I should pack like outfits or jammies for my baby boy? Any suggestions?
