I started a new birth control in December and I noticed that I am getting these red blotches and bumps on my neck and arms. Could this be a side effect of it?
I'm on CD 88. Took Provera and did not have bleeding or spotting within 10 days after. Did blood work and it showed FSH: 6, LH: 1, TSH: 2.54. I did temping and OPKs and I'm pretty sure I did not ovulate. Before that I was on BCP (0.035 ethinyl estradiol & 0.25 norgestimate) and had very regular periods. What next? Clomid to stimulate ovulation? Clomid followed by estrogen? BCP to reset the cycle?
I used to take tri-lo-sprintec tablet generic for (ortho tri-cyclen LO) for the past 6 six years, but in Michigan we do not have it in generic form anymore. Therefore this month i started taking Eth estradi/norgestimate and I feel very lazy and sleepy all the time and I see that I have been gaining weight. My question is is what I am taking now the same as what I was taking before because that is what the pharmacy told me?
I'd wait. Sure you could have gotten pregnant but the pills make your period odd the first month. Technically it is supposed to start the week of placebos but mine always started around the first day of the missed pack. You can always test but I'd wait two weeks from the sex to test (as it typically takes two weeks from conception in order to show up on test) and you should get your period between there.

how r u doing today ? yeah i will say yes what u thinking ,that pills definately doesn't suit on u coz these pills hv some heavy and some low pressure ,may be u didn't tolrate heavy one ,so take low pressure pills. i am also taking low pressure pills. coz my doctor suggest me this pills.i can give u the name of my pills . i started these pills from this month again.it is good and not irriteted .
If you are having recalcitrant acne in women then probably oral contraceptive containing norgestimate 0.25 mg and ethinyl estradiol 0.035 mg; spironolactone; prednisone.
If you have acne where sweating is an aggravating factor then aluminum chloride solution should be your choice of your treatment.
Acne surgery are done for comedone expression; incision and drainage of fluctuant cysts and abscesses; chemical peel; micro-derm-abrasion; intra-lesional triamcinolone 2–4 mg/ml.
m eighteen and recently got my wisdom teeth taken out so I had to take anti-biotics for a week and the doctor told me if would interfere with my oral contraceptives, Sprintec (norgestimate and ethinyl estradiol tablets, 0.250 mg/0.035 mg). I got the antibiotics at the same time as I started my new pack of birth control and took them both for the first week of my cycle, and I used protection until the next week when my antibiotics ran out (because, of course, things happen).
There was a slight increase in size of anterior mediastinal, prevascular structure measuring 22 x 13 mm, previously 12/17/2020 = 17 x 10 mm.
The UCLA pulmonologist said, it’s probably better than 50/50 that it’s benign. I'm going to schedule an MRI at his request

My AFP tumor Marker test has always been less than 6.1 (normal upper limit) with the last one on 9/17/2020 5.7 . Another doctor recommended the triple biomarker - DCP/AFP & AFP L3 and the result came back on 1/13/2021 with Total AFP of 7.1 (normal range 1.6 - 4.5 ng/ml). DCP < 1.0 and AFP L3 not detected. Should this be a concern?
My GI has scheduled an MRI. Last US was normal back in 6/24/2020 and my AST/ALT 20/22 on 12/31/2020 - always in the normal range since 2012.
Hi, I had a mammogram Aug 27th which that the small node I have had for years has grown. Two days later I had an ultrasound that shows a hypoechoic structure deep within the chest wall and has a hyperechoic notch to it with an appeappearance of a benign lymph node but does not correlate with the position of the mammogram. Given the findings of this ultrasound and enlargemnt of the density on the mammogram biopsy is recommended. My question is would you take it out completely?
t know very much about the molecular structure. I find it a bit hard to understand, but I get pieces of it.

Ultrasound said multiple tiny cystic structure 2-3 cm ( overall have mri or wait short 6 months for repeat) dr advise to wait. Then 04/17/08 very minimal info on diagnostic mammo bi-rads 2 the cluster structure at 2 o.clock in left breast is somewhat smaller on mammo no new densities or calcifcations. US: cluster of cysts measuring together 2.5 to 2.0 no solid masses or abnormalities in left breast, unchanged since prior study except minor degree.

At 7 weeks your baby is about the size of a blueberry. You won't be noticeably pregnant until about 21-23 weeks pregnant depending on your body structure. Every pregnancy is different. I didn't have a visible bump until about 20 weeks. My best friend didn't show until 8 months . But anything before I'd say 17 weeks is just bloating.

Within the left ovary is a complex cystic structure measuring 4.4 x 4.8 x 4.5 cm. IT all depends on your body structure and how you little on is positioned. Remember your graowing baby puts pressure on everything else in there so it might be something else.
