I would recommend that you keep some liquid benadryl or zyrtec on hand (liquid gels work quite well also) for a fast acting antihistamine to treat these types of situations. Liquids work much faster than pill forms. Also, if you are on allergy shots, you might want to ask for an Epi-Pen if your doctor doesn't automatically prescribe them to allergy shot patients.
A key symptom to look for would be difficulty breathing. If this were to occur, get to an ER ASAP.

I love my nature made liquid gels with dha and omega-3. Very easy to swallow and no nausea problems very important fir me as solid vitamins make me puke regardless if I've eaten. When I start breastfeeding I may switch to similac liquid gels these particular ones require two pills a day the vitamin abd a mineral supplement. Not sure though need to do more research on these brute I decide also will cost about 20$ more per 90 days.

They are ranked in the top 10 of prenatal vitamins (after a bunch of expensive organic ones.) Lol And they aren't terribly expensive. I get them at local grocery where I shop for about 20$ for a 3 month supply.
ve found through my pregnancies that the best prenatal all around is nature made liquid gels with dha. They care highly recommended, easy to swallow, liquid gels are much easier to digest than solids which also makes them better for not causing nausea esp if your already suffering from morning sickness etc. You Can get them at any grocer in the vit dept and aren't terribly expensive about 20$ for a 3 month supply.
As I mentioned in response to your other question. . . . . flaxseed is recommended for eye problems and specifically for dry eye. I buy the liquid gels and also grind whole flaxseed and mix it into a healthy smoothie drink. (Obviously, the flaxseed is to be taken orally--never directly to the eye!

s labeled the prenatal multivitamin tablet. The other bottle has a smaller yellow gel capsule that is labeled prenatal DHA/EPA liquid gels. Totally fine to take together :) definitely eat with them!
