The only thing I've done differently at that time started taking Zyrtec for allergies.

I was told to take zyrtec. Now I have a rash on my upper thighs. Is it the generic zyrtec? Would the regular Zyrtec do the same? Have you ever heard of Diamox being prescribed for Meneire's disease? I find nothing in the literature about it and am hesitant to take it as it makes me very tired. I need to sleep about 3 hours a day when I take it. I don't want to experience vertigo again.

For nearly the past 7 years i have had a horrible rash that comes on from from the current known causes -heat -anger -speaking in front of many people -being singled out things i feel from this -Very itchy -feel warmer the normal -lose a lot of concentration now, the picture shown is WITH the medication zyrtec in my system. Without the medication the rash becomes hives and is much worse. Ive seen several doctors but they all seem to just make the similar thing happen.

Hello, I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be infected hair follicles, sweat dermatitis, heat rash or contact dermatitis. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Zyrtec and apply some calamine lotion on the itchy areas. If the symptoms persist then you may need topical and oral steroids. only medicine I take is the occasional Zyrtec for allergies, and I self-administer allergy shots (not build-up therapy, just toleration therapy) once or twice a week. I avoid wheat/gluten and don't eat any refined or added sugar. Any help you can provide would be amazing!

Hi there! The past year or so I've had health issues. I had a rash for months on my chest the wouldn't go away with steroid injections. It would flare up worse with exposure to the sun. With blood testing they said I had a positive ANA 1:1000 (cant remember the exact 1000 #). So my GP sent me to Rheumatologist and Allergist. They gave me no diagnosis except try taking 4 Zyrtec a day by Allergist. They also said to come back every 6 months for blood work. The rash did go away eventually.

Hey everyone I am 36 weeks into my pregnancy and last week I broke out into a rash. It was just an itch at first and now its leaving bumps all over my body :'( its making me feel ao self conscious and sad I've even cried a couple of times. Hello, If it is resembling welts, then it can be due to hives. Take antihistaminics like Benadryl or Zyrtec for the itching and apply some mild steroid cream on the rash. If the symptoms are worse then you may need oral steroids. I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

My dr says that I have heat induced hives and put me on 24 Zyrtec and 25mg of Benedryl. It worked for about a month and now I'm breaking out in hives again when I exercise. I haven't had any allergy tests done yet. A fitness friend of mine thinks that I might have a build up of toxins and when i sweat the toxins are being released. I haven't talked with my dr about that yet. Is there any truth to this? I do drink a good bit of regular soda.

dermatologist has taken a skin biopsy which came back negative and told my husband to just stay out of the tub for 2 weeks. rash seemed to dissipate and last nite he went back into the tub at about 90 degrees and didn't even turn the jets on high. rash came back almost immediately. i don't think the dermatologist we are seeing has any idea what is going on. any one out there have any suggestions????

Using saline nasal spray. I have been taking (Zyrtec) 10 mg - 1 tab daily for years. (Because of other allergies indoor & outdoor allergies) Do you one have any other suggestions or help for me? Would much very be appreciated.
