zyrtec d high blood pressure

I have a mitral valve prolapse and high blood pressure (for which I take lisinopril 10 mg.), but I never have had any problem with taking a normal dose of Zyrtec...if I go ahead and take a Zyrtec, and it turns out that I did already take one, would it do any harm?

I was sent to l&d yesterday by my ob because my blood pressure was high it was like 149/94 and i had protine in my urine. They kept me for a few hours and ran tests and took my blood pressure every 15 minuets it finally dropped down to 117/76. Im due tomrrow and just worried because i know shes not going to come and they said i wont be induced untill sometime next week and i woke up with a pressure headache feeling like im going to vomit.

High blood pressure is not good for you or baby. So going in would be best. How far along are you? If you're over a certain week they may for the sake of baby's health take em out. Good luck. But go in.

High blood pressure can be dangerous if its not monitored, but if I were you I would start drinking lots of water and increase your protein intake- I'm talking so much protein you can't stand it. I was struggling with dizziness and actually low blood pressure, but protein shakes did the trick for me in combination with constant meat consumption. If that doesn't help after a few days and you haven't gone into labor, talk to your doctor again.

You can take anything Tylenol. What kind of symptoms are you experiencing?

I have had high blood pressure through out most of my pregnancy i am now 35wks. I started swelling really bad last week and at my apt yesterday my blood pressure had jumped even higher to 156/90. My mid wife didn't seem concerned at all she just re took it and made my appointments weekly now. I can't seem to get rid of a head ache ive had for a couple days. Should i be worried???

So the last few weeks when I go to the doctor my blood pressure is high (can hit 160/110) so each time he sends me to l&d blood work is normal and the last visit was the only visit without protein in my urine. He said he could induce me on Tuesday which would make me 36+4. At last visit baby was measuring 7.7 lbs. I have also lost my mucus plug. I also have gestational diabetes. My question is would u be ok woth inducing this early. I am afraid to make the wrong decision.

You need to go see your dr or go to urgent care bc can be high blood pressure.. Have you tried lying down on left side with your legs up. Drink lots of water, but vicks on your temples and cold cloth over your eyes and sleep abit.

Is it safe to take Claritin D if you have high blood pressure? Im taking two bp. meds now. I've always used Benadryl and it is OK with hbp. I'm getting a Neulasta shot next week which causes extreme bone pain for weeks. I've hear Claritin D before and after the shot greatly helps. Not sure if I should tak it or not.

So last night I checked my blood pressure and it was 162/111 and I didn't have a head ache or anything and now this morning I'm feeling a little out of it it's like I'm seeing little sparkles and stuff what should I do?

I also take Nexium on a daily basis. Part of my blood pressure regimin includes a diuretic. Otherwise, I take 3 high blood pressure meds. Thanks for the comments...

Anyone elses blood pressure rising but no protein in their urine causing it? My dr wants to see me weekly now because my blood pressure is 138/88. Im almost 34 weeks.

I just want to know if pregnant women with high blood pressure are stuck having a cection. Im almost 32 weeks and im on meds for high blood pressure. My pressure has been beautiful since I started meds but im just so afraid of a csection. I want a vaginal birth!!! Anyone in the same boat?

I also am having issues with high blood pressure and am on HCTZ for that, and have high morning blood sugars. Am still a bit tired and have pressure behind the eyes as well as stinging eyes. I would welcome any suggestions from others too. I am waiting on labs just done today. We'll see.
