zoloft overdose

Does anyone know what will happen during a Zoloft overdose? I am diagnosed with Bipolar 1 and ADHD and impulsiveness is a huge problem. I took probably 15 - 20 100 mg Zoloft pills. About 10 minutes later my boyfriend made me make myself puke. I didn’t see any come back up unless they hid in my food. I feel very weird right now. Am I going to be ok?

Ok..So I was suppose to up my Zoloft to 100mg tonight from 50mg. This was worrying me.So I did a NO NO and googled and seratonin syndrome came up!! What!! I am sooooo freaked out..I didnt up it and am even more scared now!! I should have just takin it and never googled ANYTHING. Please helppp!!!!!

re under the supervision of your doctor. Many of these types of meds need to be tapered and Zoloft is one of them. When you resumed taking it and realized you had mistakenly taken 200mg, you probably should have called your doctor or pharmacist for advise, and since you are still feeling not so great, I'd call someone . Being the week-end, you probably won't reach your doctor, so try your local pharmacist.

I did something silly a couple of weeks ago - I overdosed on Zoloft. A couple of days later I started to experience vivid hallucinations and was quite worried. It's been a few weeks now since the overdose and the hallucinations have got a lot better, but I still have a problem where sometimes my eye where if I look at something for too long it merges all together and sometimes my eyes just form random images or patterns - especially in the dark.

eventually it got real bad I was oding on klonipin and eventually even started taking up to 10 zoloft at a time. Fri. till this morning was just a pill spree, and i was so shaky i had to tell someone. i was treated for severe overdose at the er this am.

I have been on Zoloft for over 12yrs due to a TBI when I was 17 and initially I remember if I had any alcohol it would cause me to hit rock bottom. But I have been having a glass or two of wine every night for about a month. I haven't noticed too much change in my mood but I'm concerned about the long-term affects on my body. Does anyone know? who prescribed me ativan and Zoloft, would not prescribe me the valium. Adventually I came off the Zoloft due to the side effects. The Ativan did its job for awhile but i was taking "too" much a day according to him so he just put me on Klonopin 4mg per day. It seems to be fine keeping me calm and not too many side effects but it is not helping with random anxiety onsets nor is it helping me with sleep.

I have a tendency to overdose impulsively which worries me, but also after the overdose I am worried that if I start taking antidepressants again it might trigger some of the reactions I spoke about in my earlier post. Going for twenty to 8 a day is going to be very rough its very dangerous. The amout of tram WITH zolft it can cause sezuires and serationion sysdrome .

The Zoloft is an ssri, and solely targets serotonin. The other two target other neurotransmitters along with serotonin. The possible danger is getting serotonin syndrome, which is an overdose basically of serotonin.

s just taking hydrocodone, and not mixing with other drugs or alcohol, it would take alot to overdose. Especially if he has a tolerance. I would say its more likely he would need to go to the hospital for APAP toxicity than hydrocodone overdose. APAP (tylenol) is mixed with the hydrocodone and is not good for the liver in high doses. Just tell him not to go crazy and make sure he doesn't mix with alcohol or other drugs (besides weed), and he should remain alive.
