zoloft and vision changes

if a person takes wellbutrin and zoloft and is doing well other than insomnia, can trazadone be added to the wellbutrin and zoloft to improve sleep?

Hello board. I have been on zoloft 50mgs for a week and a half. I don't notice any change in my mood. In fact I feel more tired. Any ways I have read so much on zoloft and weight gain. However has anyone experienced a feeling fuller faster feeling with this med and a sense of hunger rather quickly after eating? Just wondering since that is what I'm going through. I get fuller faster on smaller amounts of food but then about an hour later it's like I haven't eaten all day.

I was prescribed with zoloft yesterday and took a half a pill last night, and my vision is really foggy this morning. very blurry. Can zoloft cause blindness? Im worried if i take another dose my eyes with continue to become worse.

I was on 4 different eye drops, had antibiotics (oral and 2 shots), steroids, and saw 3 different doctors. It finally cleared up but the vision in my left eye is now changed. It is blurry and I see a halo around lights at night. The opthamologist said my eyes were dry and advised me to use dry eye drops. I had just gotten new glasses and contacts a couple months before and now I can't wear my contacts and can't see that well with my glasses.

Well, I know that spots and vision changes can be associated with preeclampsia and other health issues. It may also be no big deal though. Drink a lot of water to stay hydrated and call your doctor just to keep them in the loop. They may want you to come in and it's always better to be safe than sorry. Good luck!

I had vision changes with both my pregnancies...Always started in the first trimester...I noticed that my glasses started becoming stronger and giving me headaches. I couldn't wear them sometimes...I remember reading a while ago "What to Expect When Expecting Book" and it said it was common to have vision changes...

Has anyone had changes in vision since being pregnant? I JUST had an eye exam like 2 wks before i got pregnant got my new glasses and such, prescription was totally different than my last. I use to be able to see fine w/out my glasses. Now i struggle to walk w/out them. I know it is also affected by the new prescription, but it shouldnt be affected this much. I know i need to go back and see my eye dr, and i do plan to, just curious if anyone else has had issues with their vision changing.

A few months back I had a horrible eye infection...a week later my vision was hazy and I went to the Ophthalmologist he said I had infiltrates and prescribed Lotemax. I was on it for about a month but I never got 100%, still can hardly see at night (see glare, starburst and halos) I had to go to the doctor every week for a checkup. Well, on my last checkup with the Ophthalmologist I felt as if he just blew me off saying that it was just going to take time.

The classic signs of optic neuritis are pain in/behind the eye, pain with movement of the eye, color desaturation in the affected eye, and sometimes aberations of light and vision. Most often there are shadows in one of the visual fields. Change in prescription/acuity are not typical signs. I'm glad you have an appointment with a neurologist coming up. Make sure you tell him about this and about the results of the Ophtho visit. And tell us how it goes!

I did but I actually had extreme light sensitivity and small vision changes. It went back to normal after. This second pregnancy I've had some blurriness and light sensitivity but it seems to adjust itself.

ve been having really weird vision. Everything looks so much smaller and farther away and it ruined my depth perception. I keep walking into things. Anybody know if it'll go away? I can still see fine, decent clarity as always. Just depth perception, really.

Thank you! :) My QT isn't exactly "long" (388ms), and it doesn't seem like Zoloft is increasing it, it used to be from 370-400. But it seems like Zoloft is making the heart repolarize "uneven" because the QT dispersion increases. I'm on 200 mg :( It seems like I suffer from mild OCD and to get any effect, I have to take max dosage for a year or so.

s supervision. Drugs like zoloft should be titrated down, the same way we gradually build up - in baby step changes in mgs. I would definitely call your doctor.

My doc just started me on Prozac and im really hoping it helps. Having a really really hard time with the mental part .

I am currently back on zoloft. Almost 3 weeks and it hasn't really kicked in yet. How long did it take for zoloft to start working for you? Sometimes when you first start taking a med or go back on meds the side affects make your conditions worse instead of better but it tends to go away.

Ok i started 50mg zoloft on Tuesday and the same night i noticed my vision got worse ( bad with chiari anyway) but zoloft x it by 2.... So i went to gp and he said it was ok to stop.... And to go get eye test also so make sure eyes just aren't worse.... But this is in space of 3 days... And i find it funny how it coincides with zoloft and my period So today i haven't taken it and i feel like crap .... I feel like breathing is different. Vision...

And a head ache started the day before yesterdayand yesterday i started zoloft 50mg.... And last night i noticed my already double vision is twice as bad!!!!! I am scared .... What is this is a permanent progression.... Can a headache make vision worse? Or could it be the pill? I am not due to see ns til next month. But they will call me sooner if there is a cancellation..

I had the flashing and flickering lights, distorted vision, dimmed vision, blured vision, and a lot more phyciatric symptoms that were severe. They put me back on the Zoloft and xanax about a month after the attack and all of my Phyciatric symptoms stabalized, but the vision and neurological symptoms have been trying to resolve for two years. I am stuck between ADEM and MS for now, unless my future repeat MRI's show new lesions or I have another attack.

I took ativan for about two weeks not a lot and I stopped. My Vision is my worst symptom when I look at the ground or stationary objects they look like there moving and I can't look at somtging for too long Is that a normal side effect of anxiety? I also see tons of floaters and get after images off almost everything. Im most concerned about the moving vision. My question is has anyone had that symptom of problems with their eyes due to anxiety?

My experience with zoloft was, that taking 50mg a day, I at first lost a few pounds, and was ecstatic. I've struggled with severe anxiety, and the zoloft really helped me. However, after about two months of being on it, I began to gain weight steadily, until I had packed 15 extra pounds on to my small frame. I never had ANY trouble with weight gain in my life; if I started seeing the scale creep up, I could exercise and be careful for a day or two and it would go right back to normal.

How long does anxiety last? I had my first anxiety attack last year went to the er an they said it was anxiety.
