I heard back from a friend that I told in confidence and she mentioned she has a .5g Zithromax from a past prescription she didn’t use. Given I only took 1gm on sat and 2g is recommend at one (Monday) now would it be a good idea to take thst too? She would drop it off this evening. Sorry. Scared and can’t clinic not until the weekend.
Are these sites where you can order Zithromax and Azithromycin without a prescription legit? Even if I want to take it because I think I may have an std, would it be safe?
They did a preliminary test there and said there was an abnormal high white blood count. The PA gave me a prescription for four zithromax tablets and a ten day, two a day doxycycline tablets. When I left the clinic I noticed my penis hole had crust later in the day (looked like dry semen that I didn't wash off after masturbating, but I didn't masturbate). Five days later I called back and my urine that was sent out tested negative for chlamydia and gonorrhea.
I am not qualified to answer that question either, but I did see a 20/20 investigation once that vet drugs and human drugs are most times exactly the same except in price. Human drugs cost many more times the cost of vet drugs, and of course may be in different strengths. I am in no way encouraging you to do something that might be harmful to your animal, just throwing that out there.

Z-packs (azithromycin = Zithromax) have worked quite well for my daughter's strep infections.
Z-pac is usually a five day course of antibiotic that lasts for ten days. I would recommend that if you are not feeling better by day five that you go ahead and call the dr's office and see what they recommend. You definitely want the infection to be gone by the time your antibiotic stops working. Some people take a steroid to help with the inflamation in the throat.
I self diagnosed myself with gonorrhea about 6 months ago whilst in a remote area of Asia (hence i did not see a local GP) and took two grams of Zithromax as a self treatment (no perscription of course).. Well, after that the infection cleared and has remained dormant until now.... only this time it is my current sexual partner, being a female, who is now seemingly infected also with symptoms related to STI's and specifically gonorrhea...
I am a 38 year old female; normally healthy.
I was diagnosed with a minor UTI (my first one ever) about 8 days ago. They gave me a three day dose of Macrobid - which I did not consume. I am too afraid. I am allergic to the cillins (anaphylaxis), and have had a horrible reaction to quinones. Every time I thought about putting that little Macrobid in my mouth, I would start to panic. The following day, without the Macrobid, my symptoms were much improved. The day after that - even better.

I am told and have read that Zithromax can and often does make people sick to their stomach and throw up -- particularly in a 2g dose. Is there anything that can prevent this? What about a half cup of milk or a little food such as a slice of bread?
I understand this is unusual my doctor has said its impossible to have resistance to the drugs. Also with no drugs I have SEVERE constant lymphadnopothy which is extremely painful, it is mostly controlled at 500mg/2x daily but there is still some swelling. I have about 30 sores on my face (several areas) and my eyelids are somewhat affected (blepharitis) and I have nerve pain daily.
I do not have HIV and a recent blood work showed nothing abnormal.
Are there any options for me ?
Same symptoms. I went back to the doctor and he said as long as my phlegm is clear not to worry.
Week 5: Went to another doctor for a second opinion. She said my throat is red and gave me some antibiotics called zithromax.
Week 6: Less Phlegm but my ears started hurting and I had some pain under my jaw. Like 2 lines. Went back to the doctor and she gave me a nasal spray to reduce the phlegm in my throat. She gave me another prescription for zithromax.
