Avatar n tn Zantac pretty much cured my morning sickness. I no longer felt queezy but I still occasionally get morning sickness. Just not as severe as before. Try zantac (prescription) or mylanta. I noticed a difference about an hr after taking it. Hopefully it will help you with your morning sickness.

Avatar f tn Im 9 weeks and it seems morning sickness worse. Getting sick multiple times a day and always queasy. If its not coming out one end, then it comes out the other. Im already doing Zantac 150 twice a day, 1/2 Unisom and B6, preggies pops, Sea bands, and Zofran when I cant stand it any longer. Its even worse when you work 12 hour shifts at the hospital doing this. Ginger and crackers dont help any more and I hate to add more pills. Any other suggestions?

568905 tn?1291974914 eat something before going to be witha good amount ofprotien so it breaks down slowly and youarenot so empty in the morning. Something like yogurt, peanut butter and crackers with a glass of milk. In the morning, eat a few bites of a saltine cracker before even getting out of bed. Then try a few more crackers. This usually helps to sellte the acid in your stomach. Ginger ale is great for nausea. Also very important is to remember to stay hydrated especially when you are throwing up alot!

Avatar f tn I was sick entering my 3rd trimester and same as u never have been sick prior during pregnancies (3rd baby now) I wasn't feeling Ill and haven't puked again so I chalked it off as limited room in belly and I ate a but too much or I ate something that baby didn't agree with.
Avatar n tn Yes it is very normal..i had morning sickness everyday all day til i was 14 weeks. All i ate was saltine crackers and drank ginger ale. Lol but now i have no more nausea!! Just hang in there!
Avatar f tn Ginger for nausea, Zantac for acid reflux and small meals like cheese & crackers more often. Morning sickness usually peaks at 8-9 weeks and starts to fade around 12-13 (although everyone and every pregnancy is unique).
