Then during this holiday, my family suffered a loss then my husband found out his family never liked me nor did they wanted me a part of their family. I was rushed to the hopital with panic attacks and prescribed anti anxeity medication. Should I go back on PB medication to minimize my depression before it comes back full force?

Avatar n tn Being stressed over every day life sure won't help that chest pain. I recommend yoga. My father-in-law has heart disease and was um lets say an angry person, well he has been doing yoga for eight years now and he has been doing very well. Sure he has some medication he takes, but to help with stress, do yoga. Maybe pick up a hobby which sounds lame, but anything thing could help.

Also, do you mean to say that your erected size and ejaculation is normal?, in that case I personally feel it should not matter, since it is doing its biological function well. Your best bet will be to ask the doctor who operated whether the new behaviour is alright or not. Some times such effects could be a short term side effects of the operation and will get resolved in due course.

Should I still be upset or is 1 class not going to hurt me? I won't be going again until the baby is born!
Avatar f tn However I came back off holiday te week later, still all through my holiday experianceing tight chest pains and light headiness panic as to being in another country with no knowledge on their health care etc. Once back home this chest pain, only seem to get worse until one day from work I had to be taken to hospital as I could no longer feel like I could catch my breath, struggling to swallow like there was something lodged in my throat.

Talking to someone about the stress or situation is helpful and keeping a journal can be enlightening. But------ making sure that these symptoms are related to stress is important and a doctor can help with that. And deciding if it is chemical or situational is something having a doctor help you with would be good. So call your md.

Even though I've been to Europe before I'm excited already LOL. It will be winter here so will be heading into summer. Will definitely need to acquire a cooling vest before I go so if anyone has any suggestions, do's, don'ts etc, please let me know.

Exercise - particularly yoga (even it if seems girly or kinda dumb), has been particularly soothing & help for a range of my symptoms. It helps me relax, and they even have poses that help with digestion. I've also gotten involved with running. I used to dislike it, but now I absolutely love it.
Avatar f tn I'm 30 weeks with baby #2 and have never owned maternity pants. I just buy yoga and sweat pants a little bigger that way I can wear them after the baby is born. I still wear my jeans tho. I've never not been able to still wear my jeans. Some ppl need to buy the jeans cause they can't wear yogas for work. Also for pics its just something women like to do. I'm paying $125 for pics but that includes a 2 hour newborn session as well so its worth it.

Before I got pregnant I worked out three times a week and did yoga once....plus I pretty much ate healthy but I still had my junk too....but its so hard now that I'm pregnant lol....I just want everything and have my days where I pig out :)..... Anybody else??

For example I'm going to make cocoa mixes in pretty jars. Then I'm going to make homemade marshmallows to go with them. Yum yum!

I have had Primary Progressive MS since 1965 although I was not diagnosed until 2009. Growing up with MS gave me advantage others do not have for me MS is all I have ever known. I am 49 and believe in staying as active as possible. I also follow a healthy diet, don't drink, or smoke.
