Okay, I have a penile discharge sometimes more whit/clear, sometimes whitish green/yellow. I have been to doctors and a urologist several times and have had tests for gonorrhea and chlamydia. The test have come back clean. The discharge is a newer occurrence; in the past (when I first went to the doctors) it was just a burning itching sensation when urinating or after ejaculating and rarely a discharge.

About 6 months ago I went my doctor about a yellow discharge from under my foreskin. He prescribed a cream and explained that it was a problem of not washing the underside of the foreskin. Yesterday I noticed a slight irritation at the tip of my penis, though it didn't burn particularly during urination, and a slight yellow-white discharge. Today the discharge appears to have abated and try as I might to milk some out, none seems to come. I had gonorrhea once and produced a similar discharge during it, but as I recall the discharge increased in frequency and volume after I first noticed symptoms, whereas my discharge has appeared to stop (at least today).
