t feel any lumps however there is a small amount of fluid that is coming out of the nipple. It is a slight yellow/green color and is kind of thick. Is this something I should be concerned abour?

Oh, I guess I should mention that when in my late 20's, I had nipple discharge. Kind of yellow/white in color. I was checked for a tumor in my pituitary gland as that is a common cause but didn't have one. For me, it was a hormonal imbalance. I produced too much estrogen. What makes me concerned about infection for you is the greenish color.

Hello! I'm 38 years old and recently found that I've got a dilated duct on my right breast when I went for a mammogram and ultrasound. There is also "whitish", pale yellow discharge from the right nipple on a daily basis. I also feel pain in my right breast around the nipple area, sometimes the pain can be excruciating. Is the pain related to the dilated duct and if I go for the surgery to remove the duct, would the pain go away? Please advise. Thank you.
