Does your discharge come out yellow or is it clear/milky? It shouldnt be colored but sometimes discharge can "dry" a pale yellow color (it may get mixed with a trace amount of urine for example). I never had any liquid actually leaking out of my penis but at the opening its kind of a clear liquid just in the tip and is only noticeable if i actually look at my opening. Which is a bacterial infection not sexually transmitted abd quit common during pregnancy can also mimic similar to yeast infection or present with no symptoms aside from discharge but often has a fishy a bad odor with it.
