I hope someone can help me with some things I have going on since treatment. I finished Chemo & Radiation treatment 6 months ago for stage 2b cervical cancer & since then have been having a very heavy watery discharge, Enough to SOAK a overnight pad at night. During the day it isnt as heavy but still pretty bad.
A dark discharge from vagina can be due to a foreign body (like a condom or tempon left behind) or due to cervical cancer or dysplasia, fibroids in uterus, endometriosis, or due to a STD or fungal infection. You will need pregnancy test, ultrasound, STD panel and PAP smear for confirmed diagnosis.

Usually when a person has a yellow/greenish discharge it is an STD...possibly gonorrhea or clamydia, but curable with antibiotics. If you have multiple partners you can never be too sure if they are STD free because everyone don't get symptoms. To be on the safer side always use condoms and if he refuses then simply say no. Its always better to be safe than sorry.
I been having discharge every now and then. Brown or some times dark yellow urine. I thought it was just my urine that smells but even when i leave the bathroom i still can smell it. i have to atleast take a shower 4 to 5 times after i pee because the smell is still there. i dont know why but i need help. When i gave birth to my son a 2 years ago they said my pap smear showed that i had (HPV) , Cervical Cancer.
I had a Leap procedure done in 2005 to remove stage one of cervical cancer. I was tested every two to three months for a year and then went back to one a year when the tests came back as normal. The last few days I noticed a yellowish-green vaginal discharge. There is not really a smell and I do not have any pain. I was told that this could be a symptom of the cervical cancer being back again. Is that true? I do plan to see my doctor, but I can not get in right away.
t know if there is a connection with cervical cancer and your symptoms. The discharge sounds pretty normal and sometimes can increase during ovulation or when you are close to your period. Have you had the bad cramps ever since you began menstruating, or just recently? What concerns me, is the constant back pain (which may or may not be connected with female problems), and the pain during intercourse.
I recently felt a hard lump on my cervix near the opening, it's odd because it is so hard! I've never had an abmormal pap, or any abnormal bleeding. I just had my son (vaginally) 7 months ago, could it be from that? I've been trying to find things online similar to what I've found but I don't seem to have any of the other symptoms of cervical cancer.. like the ^^abnormal bleeding.. I've been having a lot more discharge than usual though, what is this hard bump?
I read that the mucous plug starts forming to plug the cervix around week7 & could be causing the discharge.
Right after my period I noticed a yellow-greenish discharge and it hurts to pee too. The color is a mixture of partial period (brownish) and the color of phlegm to be exact. Ever since my period I've only had this type of discharge two times, second time is today. No funny smelling odor or whatsoever. The texture is just the same with a normal discharge. Not foamy. It's just the color that bothers me and the pain down there. I have a history of UTI, could that be the reason behind it?

I'm 22 and having problems with a Diva Cup that I just purchased and have been using for 5 months. A few days after using it while on my period, I get this thick yellow-white discharge and it is painful to have sex. After one time of having sex, it usually goes away and turns back to normal only to return next month. I suspect that it is this new Diva cup and maybe I'm not cleaning it correctly?
When I went for a pap my doctor said he wanted to run some tests on me because he thinks I might have Cervical Cancer.... the thing was that I was expecting...... so he could'nt do the other tests on me. My daughter is now a year old and I never went back because I don't have insurance or the money for self pay to go back..... how could I knowif I do have it? Are there side affects? Hi Im 20 year old and I have yellow green discharge without smell im so worried about that is that normal?first my discharge is look like cottage cheese I go to OB Already they said i have yeast infection they gave me vaginal table for 6 days after the medication my discharge become liquid then turns to yellow green color. Yellow discharge often indicates a hormonal imbalance that will even out over time. However, minipills thickens cervical mucules and thins the lining of the uterus to prevent sperm from reaching the egg, it can also prevent ovulation. I believe these two were canceling each outher out causing the lumpy yellow discharge. At the very least I would recommend asking your doctors about this possibility.
