Ok. I Had a yeast infection about a month ago. Me and my partner had unprotected sex. I had discomfort at the begging and end. it's been almost a week and started having discomfort. I found a bump and it sung if i touched it. then it dind't hurt andymore and it was sort of under the skin. Then later that day I found one like below the clitoris. But it was above skin and it din't stink it was just really sensitive and itched reallly bad.

I have never had a yeast infection so I don't really know how soon after having sex symptoms would appear. I also don't know that you can get a yeast infection from sex...maybe if he had sex with another girl that had one, I'm not sure though. I think that including the guys size and the fact that the sex was rough was relevant because those two factors could be contributing to the fact that you are sore and swollen.

BV isn't an std but just passed the same way. Basically if you have the bacteria, your partner would pick it up from you and have it on him. Then reinfect you with that same bacteria. But it isn't an STD. :>) Typically the medication given isn't the same as for a yeast infection. Yeast is actually a fungal infection which is different than bacteria. With bacteria, the medication is a pill and does have things to know about when taking it.

t test for me STIs but gave me 21 tablets of Fluxacillin to be taken 3 times a day and Mycostatin for a yeast infection my tongue. Yeast infections in women can be a sign of HIV infection, right? Also, if they have thrush in their mouths, it can cause their tongue to bleed. This is my second day on the medicine. I cannot sleep much. They cause uti and the antibiotics for that usually lead to yeast infection. Stick to showers from now on and the suffering will end.

It was just red mainly from scratching. I treated myself with a 3 day yeast infection kit that didnt seem to do anything. This itching and burning lasted about 8-10 ten days. Hello. Last week I began having symptoms of a yeast infection: vaginal itching, soreness during sex, and discharge like cottage cheese. I visited the doctor about 4 days after the symptoms started and she confirmed that it's yeast. I completed the Monistat 3 over the counter treatment, and the infection seemed to be clearing up after the second night. However, one day passed after finishing the product and the symptoms have begun again.

Yesterday I googled several of my symptoms and a page came up with many of symptoms listed as a product of a yeast infection (Candidiasis). Has anyone ever heard of this before? Is this possible? If so, can I be tested and/or treated for it? Any advice would be helpful!!!

As far as I know it was nothing but I would talk to your doctor tomorrow. I know I did end up having a urinary infection and a yeast infection sometime after seeing the discharge because I never told anybody. Here's what it says in my pregnancy book: If the discharge becomes a yellow-green, develops a stronger smell, or your vulva, vagina, and anal region become reddened and painful, particularly when you urinate, tell your prenatal caregivers.

I have had, what I think is a yeast infection for about 3 weeks now. I have had it before. I think it is not an STD because me and my bf had sex months ago with no condom and he did not get anything, I would know he always sleeps naked. A yeast infection just means that your body is a little off down there it's honestly not a big thing at all. Women get yeast infections all the time and half the time they don't even know it. Just do what your doc said you have nothing to worry about.
