Hi Doctor I don't know if you can see my other post on the HIV expert forum but I've been noticing on the head of my penis (I am uncircumsized) when I retract the foreskin to wash it sometimes looks red like if it were irritated and sometimes not always I have noticed this milky white liquid. The back of the tongue is always white so don’t worry about it the important this is the middle of the tongue that’s what my doctor told me. I would recommend that you google candida, it is basically an overgrowth of yeast. A "yeast infection" is typically experienced by women in their vagina, however yeast can also be present and cause problems all over the body (male or female) and this is more typically called candida. If her tongue is white you might want to have her go with you to the doctor to make sure. Like I said, it won't hurt for you both to take the stuff.
