You are right in thinking that it can be a male yeast infection. Men yeast infection can develop due to the overgrowth of Candida albicans. It can be transmitted through intercourse but may develop due in diabetics, weakened immunity and when taking a course of antibiotics also. Some signs to look out for would be urinary symptoms (frequency or urgency) and blood in the urine. It would be prudent to follow-up with a urologist.

Yes..it's a very, very long time. I've been to numerous hospitals..but no urologists...I don't have any money but I'm at a desperate point here and I'll do anything to get help.

Usually the problem with having a biopsy to determine whether or not ones has cancer or not is that it may lead to unnecessary surgery and that could lead to more side effects than living with a slow growing tumor. Most men, even with a slight increase in their PSA do not die of prostate cancer, they die with some cancer in their prostate. A border line PSA between 4-10 doesn't mean you have cancer....the biggest indicator is the velocity of change in the PSA reading over time.

What do you think about the following case.
A health male in early 50's, with no family history of prostate cancer. In his later forty's, annual exam showed PSA were in 1.3-1.4 level. A most recant one, after 18 month of the last test, PSA somehow shot in higher lever , a couple of them were consider took right after DRE or other exam may course the elevated PSA. Later repeat in a month showed PSA range 4 - 2.
