Various reasons for recurrent or persistent fungal infection are incomplete treatment, treatment resistance , co-existing dermatitis, diabetes and low immunity. nothing ever workd for me. apart from antibiotics. usually when u take antibiotics you get yeast infections they are stuborn to get rid of. antibiotics kill the good bacteria that's why you yeast infections. when I need to pee I go pee I dont hold it in.

Have you explored the possibility that you may have a fungal/yeast infection instead of a bacterial infection? Moist areas tend to promote overgrowth, and the white stuff you're seeing could be yeast instead of pus. It's a lot more friendly environment for yeast than for a bacterial infection.
If that's the case, and you take antibiotics, the problem will get worse.
I have heard there are diets that help with this. Certain foods you should stay away from. I can't think of where I saw it.. When I get a yeast infection I have to take the pill for it. The I am allergic to the creams or something. Are they sure it is just a yeast infection and not something else?
sorry guys if tmi. i got a yeast infection from a antibiotic just before i fell pregnant and fell pregnant while treating it with canestan 7 day cream. it didnt go away and it keeps getting worse. i have used the 7 day cream about 5 times now with no help only relief from the itching and painful sex for about 2 days after i finished the treatment. i have had it my entire pregnancy and im 18 weeks now.
