im 14 and im pretty sure i have a yeast infection, i have red itchy bumps all over my body except my face but some are on my vagina my discharge comes out as white and creamy and it smells.

You need to see your doctor to make sure you have a yeast infection. Bacterial Vaginosis can have very similiar symptoms to a yeast infection. See your doctor asap in order to get the right treatment.

Let your OB know because many times its hard to tell the difference between bacterial vaginosis and a yeast infection.
