Does anyone else keep getting yeast infections?! Im 29 weeks and 5 days!

I got a yeast infection mid cycle, after bding. DH is having no problems, so not from him. Is there any other reason for this? Can it be that my body is just not accepting his swimmers? Thanks for any thoughts.

Call your ob, like I just did lol, they'll prescribe you what's safe for you to take. I get yeast infections maybe once a trimester & they can be uggghgh! Pregnancy hormones can trigger an imbalance of your ph & yeast and cause yeast infections throughout pregnancy, not just early pregnancy. I'm 24wks. Baby #3. Soaps, detergents, tight clothes, not airing out, different clothing materials...etc.

I think I might have another yeast infection.... This is the 2nd one in my pregnancy.. I'm embarrassed to tell my doctor.... Because it's the second one.

I'm pretty sure it is a yeast infection. The liquid part of my cm is watery and there are pits of solid pieces that look like ricotta cheese. No yeast smell tho and no obvious itching or anything. Last cycle at first I just ignored it thinking it was just a change in my cm.. at the time it was still white and creamy but had the pieces mix in it.. then it got worse.. more like it is right now.. watery with ricotta clumps... sorry TMI..

It all started out last March I got my first yeast infection and UTI at the same time from a Marathon, mind you I was a virgin at the time so it was not from sex. Following that I continued to get them on and off, after meeting my boyfriend and now being sexually active I get yeast infection every week.

I am 19 week pregnant and this is 2 nd time my yeast infection is repeating.any one else have same problem .

I started new pills which gave me a yeast infection and made me feel very emotional at times. Do a week and a half before finishing the pack I stopped them. Right after stopping them I got a wheezing in my lungs. I let it go for about 2 weeks before I went to the doc thinking it was just bronchitis. The doc thought it was asthma and gave me stuff for it. That night I had a racing heart that would not stop even hours after the albuterol should have wore off (120-160 beats a minute).

For the past three and a half months I've had a burning and itching feeling on my labia area. At first I thought I had a yeast infection so I called my Dr and they called me a rx for diflucan. Helped a lil but a few days later it came back. I have no discharge, odor, rash or pain. It doesn't burn when I urinate either. I went to the Dr after symptoms didn't go away. They tested me for all stds, yeast, BC tricahomas, ect. All came back negative.

Hormones can cause itching, but I've never had itching in that area. A yeast infection is not something to take lightly while pregnant, both yeast and bladder infections can get worse if not treated, I would suggest at least calling your dr and letting them know about it.

The package insert included in yeast infection medication says if this is your first time experiencing these symptoms to go see a doctor so that is probably the best thing to do just to make sure it is nothing serious and that is treated properly. A doctor may also give you better medication to treat an infection then what you would get at the drugstore.

I know this emotional rollercoaster is normal but this is all steaming from this stupid dental infection and because of the antibiotics I have a yeast infection and I feel even lower.. I have only experienced a yeast infection twice in my life and mine was due to being overly clean and washing to often and killing good bacteria... I have ocd so I shower an bathe a minimum of 8 times a day. It was heart breaking to be told by my doctors I couldn't wash with soap if I felt the need to bathe multiple times just use water... but most women get them from not being clean enough as well..

I'm 26, no I don't take birth controls. I'm not even sure how I got hormonal imbalance. My doctor said it's stress, and that my estrogen level is at 203. I'm not sure if that's high. My sex hormones I don't have it anymore either. I constantly keep getting yeast infections. And I have to keep seeing the doctor for fluconazole but it isn't working at all.

OK in the beginning of April of this year I was 12 weeks pregnant and had some burning and itching in my vaginal area so I went to the Drs. and they said it was a yeast infection and gave me a 3 day cream to take for it and it cleared up. I am now 16 weeks pregnant and the other day the same symptoms came back and I am wondering is it a yeast infection? If so why did it come back again so quick after being cured, I never had that happen before in my life. Last time I had one was 2 years ago.

It cud be fungal infection or yeast.. Dont worry.. Ur dr. Wud check n give u cream or tablet to aply n u wil be fine.. I just got through the same situation.my dr gave me canesten tablets which i used to put in my vagina befr going to bed..

Any how I have been feeling lots of itchy and buring sensation in my vjj. I asked doc to check for yeast infection and uti. He did check my urine negative and he did a pelvic exam for the yeast infestation negative. So why dose it burn when I pee and I have that itchy sensation and always having to change my panti liner every bathroom break or so.

You may want to get it tested again to confirm that it is indeed another yeast infection. If it is not, constantly using OTC yeast infection treatments may actually worsen the problem by throwing off your natural bacterial balance that exists.

Yes this can be a yeast infection and I had something similar in my first pregnancy. My dr recommended thrush treatment and hydrazol cream and that helped. Ask your dr what they think. It can be quite painful so hope you can clear it up soon.

This is my second yeast infection and it just sucksss . Ive had a past with yeast infections were the discharge would not go away , got tested for any STI and I came out clean .. I would get treatment but somehow a month or so would pass and the discharge would just come back it's so annoying !
