Then I forgot about it. Now at 28, I developed two stomach wrinkles, persistent acne on the chest and stomach, and slow healing wounds. I also developed stretch marks on the back of my thighs from sitting for long periods of time. I was wondering what people think I have. I am slightly overweight (15 lbs). just after you turn off the shower, but while your still in the shower and your still wet, take some baby oil and just put a little in your hands, a little goes a long way, rub hands together then rub the oil all over yourself where your having problems with dry skin. Rub it in good, then just very lightly pat yourself dry with a towel.
It's actually much better for your skin if you can air dry.......but not everyone is willing to do that. Lol! Good luck to you!

When I scratch it, it gets ashy and leaves a white mark. It's odd because the lighter looking skin around the darker region feels smooth and normal. There are also small little patches of lighter-toned skin within the darker region that feels normal. For example, the skin inside of my belly button feels smooth and normal.

First of all, thank you for your advice. So far, I am not experiencing any itching or pain in the affected area. I have been observing the symptoms since the time I noticed it. I have a redness, browness, little bit rash, and weird looking wrinkles/scales near the border of my lips. The scales and wrinkles are also very flat and smooth, while the normal parts are puffy and fuller as usual and normal. The middle of my lips are not as affected, and the inside of my mouth either.. it is just the outer courners that have been affected.

Now when you say wrinkles are you talking about the type of wrinkle that a coach might put into a football game, or a baseball game etc. I wrinkled up my brow trying to find what wrinkles you are talking about. Hi Rohan, try some Acidophlus, for a week, you just get them from your chemist, they put back your good bugs in your stomach, I would suggest you do a twice daily sea salt water wash warm, if it starts getting itchy dont worry its getting better, and if starts getting extra red again dont worry there doing that to get better its just blood forming to heal the healing.
